DAY 100/140!! 🫧🎀

Thought I’d reintroduce you to the girl I was around a year ago x

Fresh out of surgery because of my chronic illness, health declining and somehow STILL not taking the hint 😭😂

Sadly, it took losing someone irreplaceable in my life for me to realise it was time to lock tf in.

What started as a physical transformation became so much more. Somewhere along the way, I realised I’m capable of far more than I ever gave myself credit for.

And honestly? I’m so thankful for the girl in that first clip. She was already THAT girl, she just loved herself enough to see what else she could become. 🥹❤️

100 days down, 40 to go!!

See you at the finish line, pretty girls. 🫶🏽

i SWEAR i’m a Tekken girl 😭 but gotta show some love to my sis Cammy 💚

Cammy inspired fit + shoulder day because apparently we’re committing to the bit 🎮

🎮 Shoulder Press
🎮 Cable Lateral Raises
🎮 Rear-Delt Fly
🎮 Overhead Rope Tricep Extensions
🎮 Rope Pushdowns

i suck at free weights and i’ve accepted my truth

💚 player loadout fit: @unwety
🌸 item equipped: @twc.accessories

save this for your next shoulder day or send it to the friend who also avoids free weights like they personally wronged them 🤷🏽‍♀️

6 months ago, I posted my 6-month progress.

Then life happened.

I got injured in April. By June, I was completely out of my routine. My body was already putting me through enough, and for a while, everything I had been building felt like it had stopped.

So on July 6th, I started again.

Not from the beginning but from wherever I was.

I gave myself 140 days.

Today is Day 40. 🌸

40 days of rebuilding my routine.
40 days of learning to work with my body instead of against it.
40 days of gym sessions, walks, pain, TENS, setbacks, little wins, and showing up however I could.

And apparently, an emergency department visit on Day 40 decided it wanted to make the montage too. 😭

Definitely wasn’t part of the plan for today, but I think that’s kind of the point.

Somewhere throughout all of it, I’ve lost 27.4 kg….the number feels like the smallest part of what’s changed.

I’m stronger. I’m healthier. I trust myself more. And I’ve learned that progress doesn’t disappear just because life interrupts it.

I’m not where I want to be yet.

But I’m also nowhere near where I started.

Day 40/140. 🌸
27.4 kg down.
One unexpected ED visit. 😭
100 days to go. 🤍

Oztag Asia cup 2026.04.11-12

It was a very fun competition. Every time we played, our team grew up. In 2015, I participated in the World Cup for the first time. When I think back to the past, I'm glad that there are many Japanese players. And a special memory is that we were able to play on the field with the @offgrid.dt we met in 2018. How lovely. Thank you for remembering! God bless you!!

Thank you to all the teams who played against us 🇦🇺🤝🇭🇰🤝🇯🇵
