This week’s episode of ‘What To Do With My Hands’ was a busy one!

- First, congrats to my boy @official_nom_ for the success of the listening party and the release of his latest project ‘The Great Depression’. We all have experienced some form of depression. This project takes you through the depression cycle in a unique way. It’s filled with bangers, empowerment, and the most beautiful thought of suicide I’ve ever heard before in my life. It’s wild! Go peep ‘The Great Depression’, link in @official_nom_ bio!

- @truthandvisionnation and I cooked up yet another banger about going off the grid with that special person. Can’t wait for y’all to hear that! Also my mans got amazing smelling perfumes and colognes, all organic ingredients! Sh*t 🔥💯 tap in!

- @tikki_da_gawd & @stackinn_ came through and recoded a cpl bangers. One in which I think we discovered a new sound for @stackinn_ , can’t wait to see where we end up with that!

- The first Remedy was a success! @grateful_blake was awesome guiding us through meditation, I cooked up some new on the spot for both @official_nom_ & @gilyanivmusic , I’m not being biased when I say both joints are raw asl! I can’t wait for y’all to hear!

- @thereallchicago & @almightyy_gloo_ came through with some fire smelling jerk chicken that made me rethink skipping lunch lol. It took us a min to get going but we ended up with a fun freestyle type joint.

- BBE CYPHER was lit! Footage coming soon. Everybody in the room snapped! Be looking out for next months signup link.

As always follow the tags to see what we cooked up!

Grateful for the opportunity to work with all of you 🙏🏾💯.
