👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Genelle Guzman-McMillan was the last person found alive in the rubble of the World Trade Center. She went to work on September 11, 2001 on the 64th floor. When the towers came down she was buried for 27 hours, longer than any other person.

SHE IS ALIVE and she has written a BOOK called ANGEL IN THE RUBBLE about what she endured for those 27 hours. 😎💯♥️♥️🇺🇸

I’m officially a 2027 Black Girls Who Read Summit Content Creator and a member of the inaugural Pink Carpet Paparazzi Crew! 🥹📸💗

And y’all… this one means SO much to me. This will be my FIRST time officially covering an event as a content creator, and somehow my first opportunity gets to be in a room full of Black women, BOOKS, authors, community, and everything I genuinely love?! 🥹 Like… WHAT?!

I took a chance, submitted the application, told them exactly who I was and what I could bring to the experience…and THEY SAID YES! 😭💗

I’m excited. I’m grateful. I’m STILL in disbelief. And I already know I’m about to have entirely too much fun with this! 😂
