Confidence doesn’t come from the body you have
It comes from the woman you become👑

Sure, the body you build is powerful
But the confidence you’re chasing…. Actually doesn’t come from the body
It’s not found in a certain weight, size, or even the perfect before-and-after photo

Confidence IS the woman you become
through the actions you take,
the energy you choose to embody,
the promises you keep to yourself
when no one is watching

It’s built in the hard moments,
when you show up anyway
When you fuel your body with love
When you say, “I’m worth it,” even when it’s hard
When you stop asking for permission to feel proud

The physique you desire will come
But the woman you’re becoming?

How are YOU showing up for her!?
How are you meeting her where she is at with love & acceptance and guiding her to choose better for herself!?
How are you believing in her to raise her own internal standards & hold herself to a higher level to tap into her highest level

Be her NOW. Move like her NOW
Embody her NOW. Speak to yourself like her NOW.
Your body will follow her lead🤍

Your new identity will cost you your old one

Ready to level up
Dm “READY” to level up your lifestyle, mindset and fitness

THIS IS MPACT.
Where your standards will be raised the second you commit to better everyday

Mandala backpiece for @officialdanivi

One of those long ones. Watched this piece grow session by session, and watched her trust the process the whole way through. Appreciate that more than I can say. 🖤

Phenomenal meat and even better people! So glad we have @3dvalleyfarm here! I strongly recommend checking them out at the New Albany farmers market on Saturday or their farm store in Depauw.

I've been taking portraits for years but with a 4x5, there's a different skill set involved that I'm still working towards. So if you're interested in having your portrait taken, let me know!
