🔥 The goal isn’t to be the biggest person in the room. The goal is to keep getting into rooms where you have room to GROW.

This past weekend at InvestFest reminded me of something powerful: proximity matters.
I’m committed to progressing in my craft, expanding my knowledge, and surrounding myself with like-minded people who are building, growing, investing, and creating real impact.
I don’t need to walk into every room knowing the most. In fact, I want to be in rooms where I have more to gain, more to learn, and more ways to grow.
Because the right rooms will challenge your thinking.
The right conversations will expand your vision.
The right relationships can change the trajectory of your life and business.
And everything I learn, every connection I make, and every level I reach comes back to one thing: serving people at a higher level.
My mission is bigger than simply providing a service. It’s about helping people develop financial literacy, gain access to better opportunities, position themselves for ownership, and get within reach of the dreams they once thought were too far away.
I’m learning. I’m networking. I’m building. I’m sharpening my craft.
Not so I can say I was in the room—but so I can bring more knowledge, resources, strategy, and opportunity back to the people I serve.
And trust me… there’s so much more to come. 🚀

We live in a world FULL of technology. 📱💻 AI, computers, iPads, smartphones—we literally have access to information at our fingertips.

But this past weekend reminded me of something powerful…

Technology can give you information, but PROXIMITY gives you ACCESS. 🔥

Being locked in at an Airbnb with my mentor and his inner circle, then attending Invest Fest, showed me the value of getting in the right rooms with people who are thinking bigger, moving differently, and actually building.

The conversations were different.
The strategies were different.
The mindset was different.
And the information on how to 10X our businesses was NEXT LEVEL. 📈

AI can give me tools. Google can give me answers. Social media can give me inspiration.

But there’s something different about sitting in the room, asking the questions, hearing the experiences, building relationships, and learning directly from people who are already operating at another level.

I came home with more than notes—I came home with clarity, strategy, connections, and EXECUTION on my mind. 🎯

🔒 LOCKED IN. DIALED IN. READY TO 10X.

The next level requires a different level of proximity. 💎

At some point, you have to stop waiting for the “right time” and decide that you want MORE out of the time you’ve been given.

More life.
More freedom.
More experiences.
More growth.
More memories.
More moments that make you say, “I’m glad I didn’t give up.” 🙌🏾

None of us are getting out of here alive… so why spend your one life settling for less than what you KNOW you’re capable of?

Take the trip.
Start the business.
Change your circle.
Bet on yourself.
Learn something new.
Try again.
And if you fall? GET BACK UP. 💯

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to refuse to stay where you are.

We’re still growing.
We’re still learning.
We’re still pushing.
And we’re going to keep becoming MORE. 🚀

Day two at Invest Fest was all about the team. 🏆✨

We started with an incredible awards ceremony and a powerful “just a reminder” anonymous letter ceremony— to stay committed to the vision, even when the journey stretches you.

Then I got to experience day two with Steve Harvey and Nick Cannon, connect with all of my day twos, and capture memories with our mentors.

Big shoutout to my mentors @_smittythegoat_, @dariusbenders , and @mr.phenomenalpower for the guidance, energy, and example of what it looks like when you put the work in. Im truly grateful for the camaraderie, the conversations, the business-building, and everyone who chose to get out of their comfort zone.

We’re building, growing, and keeping each other accountable . 🚀. We up next family 💪🏾💪🏾🤑🤑🤑

Sometimes the biggest business flex 💪🏽 move isn’t a strategy… it’s PROXIMITY. 🔥

InvestFest was a reminder that getting in the right rooms can shift your mindset, expand your vision, and introduce you to connections you never knew you needed.

Being around my mentor @_smittythegoat_ other entrepreneurs, and people who are serious about building something bigger hit different. 💯

And yes… when your mentor says, “Talk your pitch!” 👀😂
First take wasn’t it… but the second one? LOCKED IN. 🔒🎯

That’s entrepreneurship. You won’t always get it perfect the first time. You adjust, you learn, you run it back, and you KEEP GOING.

I’m leaving InvestFest with more than pictures and videos. I’m leaving with new relationships, new knowledge, bigger vision, and a different level of hunger.

Get in the rooms that challenge you to become the person your next level requires. 🚀

The room you’re in can change the direction of your life. 👏🏽✨

InvestFest was bigger than pictures and handshakes. It was about proximity—being surrounded by people who have already built, achieved, and experienced the level I’m working toward.

Every conversation was a lesson.
Every introduction was an opportunity.
Every connection expanded my vision.

I’m grateful for the mentors, leaders, and visionaries who continue to remind me that you have to get in rooms that challenge you to think bigger, move differently, and execute at a higher level.

This chapter is just getting started. 🚀

POV: Everybody had a good time… until that bill hit the table 😂💳

Now everybody checking receipts, doing calculations, and remembering what they “didn’t order.” 😭

InvestFest 2026 was more than an event—it was about PROXIMITY. 🔥💯

Being in rooms filled with entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and people who are intentionally shifting their mindset reminded me why your environment matters.

Sometimes the next level isn’t about working harder—it’s about getting in the right rooms, having the right conversations, and surrounding yourself with people who think beyond where they are today.

As a Black entrepreneur, there’s something powerful about seeing so many of us building businesses, creating wealth, investing, collaborating, and changing the trajectory for the generations coming behind us. 🖤

I’m leaving InvestFest with more knowledge, stronger connections, bigger vision, and even more motivation to keep building.

Because when you change your proximity, you change what you believe is possible.

✨ Get in the room.
✨ Build the relationships.
✨ Apply the knowledge.
✨ Then let the RESULTS speak.

Some rooms change your network. The RIGHT rooms can change your LIFE. 🧡💯

Reflecting on Invest Fest 2026, one of the biggest blessings wasn’t just what we learned… it was WHO we were surrounded by.

People who genuinely want to see you WIN. People who share ideas instead of hiding them. People who open doors, make introductions, put plays together, hold you accountable and ask, “How can I help?” 🤝🏾

That’s different.

These aren’t just accountability partners anymore… this is FAMILY at this point. 🧡 #MFM

We’re Future Millionaires building together, learning together, pushing each other and understanding that the goal was NEVER just to make it to the top alone.

Because what good is success if you can’t reach back and help somebody else rise too? 💎

The destination matters… but so does the journey.
The relationships.
The conversations.
The lessons.
The doors we open for one another.
And the people we become along the way.

Get around people who want your success for you just as badly as you want it for yourself. 🔥

And when God blesses your table, make sure there’s enough room for you to pull up another chair. 🙏🏾

We’re not just building wealth.
We’re building people.
We’re building families.
We’re building LEGACY. 🧡

Tag somebody in YOUR circle who pushes you to become greater. 👇🏾

A month later and one of the biggest takeaways still stands… your environment matters. 🔥

There’s something different about being around entrepreneurs who are willing to share knowledge, exchange resources, talk strategy, and genuinely want to see each other win.

You can learn a lot trying to figure everything out on your own… but the right room can expose you to ideas, connections, and opportunities you didn’t even know you needed.

Be intentional about who you learn from, build with, and grow around.

Sometimes the next level of your business starts with changing the rooms you’re in. 💯

Save this as your reminder to get in the room. 🔥
