Happy Birthday to my baby sister 🎉

When I was about 12 years old, I was the only girl in the family and I remember crying to my mum that I wanted a baby sister. She told me to pray and ask God for one. I prayed for a sister I could play with and share my toys with.

Not long after, God answered that prayer.

I was in boarding school when Mum brought you to visit me. I was so excited seeing your tiny face and carrying you in my arms. Even though you took some of the attention I was used to as the only girl, you completely stole my heart.

Today, 30 years later, you’ve grown into a beautiful, focused doctor and I am so proud of you.

Thank you for being an amazing aunt to my children, a wonderful sister, my friend, and my amebo partner. 😊

I love you to the moon and back.
