Your player doesn’t have a skill problem.
They have a reset problem.

One mistake → head drops → game over for the next 20 minutes.

I see it every weekend with talented high school players. The ones who learn to reset fast are the ones who get noticed.

This week I’m opening 5 FREE Athletic Development Assessments — we break down the mental game + physical tools + give you a custom plan.

DM me “TRIAL” right now and I’ll send you the booking link.

Spots go to the first 5 who DM. No fluff, just a real assessment.

Thrilled to share that I’ve officially added two new credentials to my toolkit: the IYCA High School Strength & Conditioning Specialist (HSSCS) and the Certified Athlete Development Specialist (CADS) from the International Youth Coaching Association!

Both programs dive deep into what matters most in youth performance:
HSSCS: Advanced knowledge in strength, power, and performance training tailored specifically for high school athletes, focusing on safety, movement quality, and team culture.

CADS: Expertise in long-term athlete development, growth and maturation, and holistic programming designed to foster physical, mental, and emotional growth at every stage.

Excited to keep raising the standard for young athletes and helping them build a strong foundation for long-term success. A huge thank you to Jim Kielbaso and the @officialiyca team!
