POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Little country boy from Georgia who got to travel the world and was introduced to the mixed martial arts world through wrestling. From the beginning days of Central junior State Champs to Lawton high State and National Champions. Then was introduced to the art of jiu jitsu in the mean streets of Denver, CO reaching World Championships. Where I have the honor of building relationships and forming a brotherhood with people that will last a lifetime. #grappling #wrestling #adcc #ibjjf #bjjlifestyle

Still riding the high from our Summer Solstice. ✨

Getting to move, laugh, sweat, dance, and celebrate with my favorite people is something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you to everyone who showed up—not just for the event, but for each other.

I don’t know how I got so lucky, but I get to call this community my friends, my family, and one of the greatest gifts of my life.

My cup is so, so full. 🌞🤍

Summer Solstice Yoga Rave. 🌞

Because apparently healing can’t always happen lying on a bolster.

Beats brought to you by @officialjitsu A SOL-style flow. A dance party after. Questionable dance moves. Top vibes.

Come move your body, touch some grass emotionally, and celebrate making it through another trip around the sun.

I’ve heard 2 seconds of the playlist and it’s 🙏🏽

Can we take a moment to thank our DJ on retainer @officialjitsu for creating the absolute banger of a playlist for our Mother’s Day Yoga event?

Running events like this is basically show business. There are a lot of moving parts, and it truly takes a village to pull it off.

Just like you tip your nail girl, your hair stylist, or any other professional who makes the magic happen, let’s show some love and gratitude to the man behind the music.

Thanks for helping set the vibe and making this event feel extra special. You understood the assignment.

Donate here and we’ll send you a copy of the playlist so you can keep the vibes going during school drop-off, grocery runs, and all the other glamorous parts of motherhood.

As I am going through this transition in life involving my father. I am reflecting on my life. I always complained growing up that my father never attended one of my matches growing up in high school. However not until my graduation that he had a scrapbook of all my matches and accomplishments. He was working three jobs to send me to those wrestling camps, to pay for new wrestling shoes, to put money in my pocket for travel expenses. I didn't realize how much this man was doing for me in the background. I cannot think him enough. For he is the main reason for continued success to this day in the sport I love. I would like to give a shout out to Ellis Holt, Joseph Zuspann, Doug Moses, Sheldon Marr, Nick Marr, Sean Stewart, Alex Martin, and Don Westman. These coaches gave me the tools to be successful and I thank you. David Lewis I love you Pops. #ibjjf #adcc #grappling #grappling #wrestling
