POV: you found the spot where you can have sushi, seafood AND hot pot all in one sitting 🤤🍣🦀🔥

Umi Hot Pot & Sushi Buffet is basically a seafood lover’s playground unlimited sushi, sashimi, seafood, hot pot favorites, grilled options, appetizers AND dessert. 😮‍💨

The best part? You can switch it up all night ! build your hot pot, grab your sushi, load up on seafood, then go back for whatever caught your eye the first round. 😂

If you’re the type who wants a little bit of everything, this is definitely a “come hungry” kind of experience. 👀✨

I’ve done a lot of crazy things while traveling.. So although this is not far fetch for me this was one of my favorite things I have done while on a solo trip. A sunrise hot air balloon flight over the pyramids in Teotihuacán, Mexico. 🇲🇽📍

We also ate breakfast in a cave right after the flight and toast. Ever had chilaquiles in a cave? I bet you haven’t.

I originally wanted to do this in Arizona but the chance was here and now and I’d say I’m SOOOO happy I did it. No faith without fear right?! 🥹

I’d recommend this tour a million times. Would you get up at 4 am to do this? ⬇️

Walked into @lacasadelas_sirenas 🧜‍♀️ and immediately felt like I was somewhere out of a movie 🕯️ stained glass windows, a cocktail that came out ON FIRE, and food that looked way too good to eat (I ate it anyway) 🍽️🔥
Although I opted out of the sunset views the night views were PERFECT! Food and customer service was 10/10

Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Amina in Charlotte NC ✨ and I will say the ambiance and luxury feel was very welcoming and fitting for the Eritrean style dishes we devoured. @theaminaclt

We enjoyed the
•Berbere Honey Chicken Wings; Honey-Glazed with Citrus ranch and pickled onions.
•Honey Rosemary Lamb Chops; Wood-Fire grilled lamb with Eritrean Honey, Rosemary Citrus Zest with Herb Arugula salad and yogurt dipping sauce.
•Golden Crispy Snapper; Crisp Snapper Bites tossed with aromatics, citrus salt, and white pepper, served atop the fried snapper skeleton for a dramatic coastal presentation.
•Lemon Herb Rice; Fluffy Basmati Rice infused with fresh herbs and lemon zest.
•Apricot Oasis; Teremana Reposado tequila with apricot, grapefru lime and cardamom for a smooth citrus
•Berbere Days; Teremana Blanco tequila with berbere honey and lime for a bold, spicy-sweet cocktail.

Solid Rating of 9/10 and they will see us again. 🇪🇷❤️

@balibarbados is one of the best clubs in Barbados because it’s right on Pebbles Beach in Carlisle Bay, 🌊🩵 with beachfront seating, Caribbean cocktails 🍹🍸, DJs, and a lively day-to-night atmosphere. It’s known for its sunset views, good music, tacos, seafood, and social vibe, especially on weekends when the DJs turn things up.

Beachfront cocktails ✔️
DJ vibes ✔️
Caribbean sunsets ✔️
Bali Beach Club Barbados owes me nothing.
