Still feeling incredibly grateful for this one. 🤍✨

What an absolute honour it was to perform at the South African Music Awards this year. I’m so happy I got to experience such a special moment and be surrounded by so much talent, creativity, and love for music. It’s an experience I’ll truly never forget.

A huge thank you to @zoyi.lindiwe and @remember.eugene for the opportunity, for believing in me, and for all the work, care, and dedication that went into making this possible. I’m so grateful to have been a part of it. 🫶

Thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing this moment to life. My heart is very full. ❤️🇿🇦✨

Diabetic Awareness: #ThrowbackThursday Abi had this training Session in July. She came home feeling fulfilled but also defeated. She found herself losing energy during training, she felt like it was too hard to give 100% because in her words "my body felt out of place, but Angel kept me going ". At the end of the day nothing She was feeling was abnormal for a Type1 Diabetic but what mattered is that she was supported in that moment. It gets tough for them but if they are understood and supported it makes all the difference❤️#Type1diabetes #fypシ #southafrica #diabeticawareness

🔥Thabang Choreo Diaries🔥

So I got to choreograph for one of the biggest performances of @thesamas_ 🤯

Words cannot describe the feeling I got from this experience 🫢From thinking about ideas in my room to teaching other professional dancers to seeing the final product on such a BIG Platform is just insane! 🥴

Thank you to @remember.eugene and @zoyi.lindiwe for firstly giving me this opportunity to choreograph, giving guidance, assisting with some choreo edits and movement direction. And thank you to all the dancers that put away pride and believed in me 🙏🏽 I feel truly humble and highly blessed for this opportunity.
