It’s hard to say what part of 2025 stood out the most. It was the year I got invited to a book launch, the year I line produced my first feature film, the year I met one of my favourite screenwriters…

It was also a year in which I tried (and failed) to be smooth in social settings, but that’s not news 😅

It was the year I pulled off shooting two short films in the same month, and sourced a microwave at 2AM in the middle of nowhere (iykyk). I graduated, started getting paid for my work, had to stop a Shetland pony from getting inside our car on holiday, co-managed a livestream, and had a film festival selection…

It’s been a whirlwind of a year, but if 2026 is just as chaotic I think I’ll be alright with that 😂

Thanks to everyone who made it special <3

TWENTY TWENTY FIVE: The Year of New Beginnings

This year has certainly been a busy year with not only working on many projects, but also achieving new firsts in film, stage, radio, and behind the scenes throughout!

Starting off the year with @screen.south 48 Hour Film Challenge being a part of @glad_you_came_film_2025 which won 3rd place as well as being screened at @folkestonefilmfest, before working with @askhat_shmanov and @yg_lins on “Tourist Photo”.

Then it was time to work with @canterburyshakespeare in two different productions: “Cherry Orchard” in April and then “Emperor of the Moon” in August playing two very different roles with amazing casts!

Between those were a whole range of game shows: seeing the episode of “Silence is Golden” that I was in on @uanddave_ ; and going head to head with @officialmaxmeadows on @solitarysixty (and ending up being locked in a cage for an hour!).

I closed off the year with a Scratch Night performance of “Sweet Tender Hooligan” written by @motormouseproductions and performed at the @makingmorewaves festival; and a short film with @notchristailor, @gareth___llewellyn and @officialmaxmeadows in the first collaboration between @lumaxstudiosuk and @icebear.productions with many more to come!

But the absolute best parts of 2025 were releasing my first self produced short film @chillthemovie onto YouTube and screening it at @theashfordcinema; and having the film’s prop bags on stage at the @bemorechillmusical 5 Year Concert! A massive thanks to @scott_folan and @tealmoonproductionsltd for giving me that amazing opportunity, as well as being able to meet @mrjoeiconis himself!

I am very much looking forward to seeing what 2026 offers, especially with my new agents @tagamanagement on my team.

2025 has not only been incredibly tiring, but has also passed by quicker than I would’ve ever thought it would. We all had loads of fun this year, so to celebrate, here’s the 2025 edition of a little video series I like to call Caught on Film 🎥

Earlier this year, I was part of the original stage performance of “Tourist Photo”, directed by @askhat_shmanov and also starring @yg_lins.

Portraying Christopher, an artsy character with a passion for photography, was an absolute blast; I wish I knew as much as he did about capturing perfect shots!
