Come as you are. Bring your story. Find your people. 🎶

Cultsha Sessions is a celebration of our resilience, culture and heritage — a space where music and the arts bring us together to express, heal and reconnect.

A safe space to honour our stories, celebrate who we are, and experience the beauty of belonging.

Because when we gather, create and celebrate together, we don’t only remember our heritage — we create new stories for generations to come.

Cultsha Sessions — connect. heal. celebrate. belong.

Are you a woman in Cape Town who has a story in your body, but not always words for it?

We’re building a women’s theatre collective. No acting experience needed. We use voice, djembe, circle, and truth.
There are ‘music only’ projects too, that will require singers with an ear and a bit of performance experience.
Please note: You must be able to commit to weekly rehearsals in Cape Town.
We have a production coming, a docu-ritual about women’s lived experience. PPD, healing, and “me too” stories.

What you get: A safe space, vocal/percussion training, performance opportunities, and so on 🌻
