Took me a while to get my head around this but RIP to Blackk Chronicle / Perry who has passed after a long illness. It's difficult for me to grasp how such a vivid life force could be no longer her with us. If you knew him then you know what I mean.

He was the type of guy who was constantly lifting people up with genuine enthusiasm, encouragement and positivity. He made an impression on so many people just by being himself.

I never got to tell him any of this but I hope he felt it.

Deep condolences to his children, family and everyone who loved him. Rest easy, Perry.

the type of man he was. Encouraging, grateful, helping.

There’s a history to a photo like this. A memory that time helps you to hold fondly.

Swipe right and you’ll catch a glimpse of who these guys were!

We were ready to take on the world when this was taken…I wonder if the time has come to do it again?

UKHH COLLECTION SERIES 015 - Ramson Badbonez.

A legendary voice in Londons hiphop scene from an early age, working alongside the brothers Farma G and Chester P of Task Force, emcee @ramson_badbonez has built a legacy unlike many. Deeply rooted in the city streets of London crime life comes Badbonez, a sharp lyrical master whose accolades seem to go somewhat unnoticed. From his early work and mixtapes from the late 2000's, being one of few hiphop artist to secure a spot on fire in the booth, would later join the mighty @highfocusrecords roster while continuing to progress and collaborate musically with solo albums, conceptual projects, many features across the board and even playing a producer role. I will list below my full collection, which consists of collaborations with the likes of @djharrylove_uk, Charlie Mac, @djfingerfood, @jazzt71, @therealleafdog, @kulya_beats and @officialphoenixdaicefire.

"The body is a vehicle... there is a science and mechanics behind everything we do."

We love this wonderful insight from Paul.

If you’ve ever wondered about the actual 'why' behind breathwork, this is your invitation.

At The Breathing Room, we love exploring the true science of breath, showing you exactly how your body shifts out of stress and into deep, restorative peace.

For Paul, his very first session gave him a glimpse into how invaluable this practice really is for a daily routine.

✨ New session dates are officially dropping this week. ✨

Turn your notifications on, keep an eye on our page, and prepare to find your seat in the room.

🔗 Keep an eye on our link in bio for our upcoming session.
