Today marks 4 months since our last main event where over 1600+ entrepreneurs came together to take over Raymond James Stadium, and as I’m gearing up for our next one i’m reminiscing on how far we’ve come building this community.

So many friends, relationships, businesses have stemmed from this group.

I moved to Tampa 6 years ago, knowing only 2 people, and started this group with one of them (@mrsimonlerner ) as a means to find likeminded people. & I think it’s safe to say, we achieved that goal!

TE, quite frankly has always been a “passion” project and never the “main” point of focus. But despite this, it has quickly grown into something that requires 100% focus to achieve its full potential - that fact dwells on me as it forces me to choose where to put my focus and energy.

I have so many ideas, so many directions we can take this thing - but so little time to go all in on them with my other company that quite frankly produces much more income.

So i’m looking for people that want to get on board, help us continue building what we (@ryanhorst_ , @mrsimonlerner and @jenna.leigh.s ) started 3.5 years ago..

ONE MONTH since Women & Wealth.

It’s honestly crazy to think about how much my life has changed because of one opportunity.

But the biggest lesson wasn’t just what I learned — it was actually implementing it.

Here are some of the lessons that have stuck with me the most:

@annemahlum : Expect excellence. BURN THE BOATS. Fear and excitement feel the same — change your perspective.

@hothighpriestess : Messy makes millions. Money loves SPEED!

@iamdrsonja : Let your past versions go with love. Find mentors who push you toward excellence(catching Kayla). Nobody does this alone. If you did not come from wealth make sure a wealthy family comes from YOU!!

@jasminestar : What you believe, you become. You can only become the highest version of your limiting belief!! 🤯🥺

@thearielpryor : Your current situation is NOT your final destination. Make a decision & find a way to make it you’re reality.

@elenacardone : Hire slow, fire fast. Invest in yourself because you are your greatest asset.
@lorigreinershark : All it takes is ONE incredible idea. Patent everything. Hire character and train skill. Stay humble and take care of the people who help build your vision.

@shelby.sapp : Take risks on yourself. Use the Bezos technique.

@officialsofiasmiles : Helped me recognize my natural gift and inspired me to create my own podcast. 🎙️🦋

@theafnankhalifa : On social media, it’s not just WHAT you say — it’s HOW you say it. Grab their attention.

@alicialyttle : AI should be more than a Google search. Hire and train AI to help you build your business. 😂

And then there was a moment in the hallway that I’ll never forget.

@forbes_riley : helped me identify one of my core limiting beliefs — and understand where it came from.

One month later

I’M IMPLEMENTING.

I’m building.
I’m creating.
I’m taking risks.
I’m investing in myself.
I’m becoming.

And if this much can change in 30 days…

Sometimes the most life-changing moments are the ones you never plan for!!

I stopped by a podcast recording just to see what was going on. My friend @shesellswjen ended up asking if we could join. @shaun.psm.mcnicholas the incredible man recording these said yea you guys can go next, I was SO NERVOUS I told my friend to go first and I would think about it. I almost talked myself out of it! 😅🙄

Sean started setting up for my wheelchair and I tried to make it easier by saying I could transfer to the couch.

He stopped me and said, “No, you can stay in your chair. Own your chair. Own where you are and who you’ve become.”🙌🥰

That has honestly left a lasting impact.🙏🏻❤️

I stayed. I did the interview. Then @officialsofiasmiles told me something I would’ve never expected! She told me I was a natural and should start my own podcast!! 🤯🙏🏻🙌🥰

That one unexpected yes helped plant the seed for Butterfly Circle 🦋.

I just want to thank God for placing the right people in my path—Sean, Jennifer, Sofia, @shelby.sapp and her team. You all reminded me not to wait until I feel ready.

Today was an amazing day. I worked on my digital products and did a whole lot of networking. It’s so important to nourish your body and stay hydrated especially in this heat. WHAT A WEEKEND 😍💫🪩✨❤️‍🔥🕺

Feeling so empowered and inspired after spending the weekend at @womenandwealthcon . There is something so powerful about being in a room full of ambitious women, learning from entrepreneurs, CEOs, and industry leaders who have built incredible businesses and created lasting impact.

Some of my biggest takeaways:
- You can only be the highest version of your lowest thought. @jasminestar
- Be willing to pay the price, so you can pay any price later!! @elenacardone
- YOU yourself are your first sale. Don’t wait for others to speak identity into you, you speak it into you. @shelby.sapp
- You are a person in the room, not a WOMAN in the room. Don’t let gender define your limits, we are not a deficit. @lorigreinershark
- 76% of people have regret later in life for what they didn’t do. @annemahlum
- If you feel ready you’ve already waited too long. Do not wait for perfection or right timing, because speed requires faith, perfectionism is doubt. @hothighpriestess
- The greater the impact you’re supposed to have in life, the greater you’ll be attacked @iamdrsonja
- It’s not unrealistic if somebody else has it. @shelby.sapp

Limiting beliefs:

• Why would someone want to interview me?
• Who cares what I have to say?
• I’m too nervous.
• What if I mess up or sound stupid?

Reality:

You do it anyway.

The interviewer didn’t ask for perfection, she asked for perspective.

Your voice doesn’t have to be the loudest or the most experienced to be valuable. It just has to be authentic.

Every time you say yes despite the self-doubt, you make it easier for the next opportunity to find you.

Confidence doesn’t come first. Showing up does.
