This is one of the toughest posts I’ve had to write. I genuinely don’t think words will ever fully express how much this team means to me.

You 11 amazing athletes came into my life and became a light during a time I didn’t even realize how badly I needed one. Watching each of you grow this season, not only as athletes, but as people has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Your dedication, accountability, resilience, and love for one another are everything a coach dreams of. As our program’s first-ever Full Season Junior 3 team, stepping into a completely new division, you walked into the unknown with courage and heart, and you exceeded every expectation I ever had.

This season wasn’t perfect. We had hard days, emotional days, stressful moments, and obstacles that could’ve easily knocked a team down but instead, you chose each other every single time. That is what made this season so special.

The trophies, placements, and medals will never compare to the bond we built. I’ll forever hold onto the little moments: from our obsession with “cool beans” and lettuce, the random things in our team basket, blasting “Where Is My Husband” at practices, to riding Tower of Terror together and everything in between. Those are the memories that will stay with me forever.

Thank you for trusting me, believing in me, and allowing me to be your coach. Thank you for giving me a season I will carry in my heart for the rest of my life.

I love every single one of you more than you’ll ever know, and this team will forever hold one of the biggest pieces of my heart. 💚 #BBABIEO
