If I’ve had any level of success, I don’t know if I can point to anything more responsible for earning it—or keeping it—than what we call MBS every morning.

MBS = Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually taking care of yourself before trying to serve everyone else.

What I’ve found is this: when you work on the man or woman you’re becoming, everything else improves. You handle adversity better. You attract better people and opportunities. You become more grateful for what you already have.
