Sometimes life gets in the way. Even the strongest bodies need time to rebuild. Never hate yourself for falling off, missing workouts, or losing momentum. Just like bodybuilding, progress takes patience, discipline, and the courage to start again. The weights will always be there, and so will your opportunity to grow. Reset. Refocus. Rebuild. NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. You only fail if you quit on yourself. #Bodybuilding #Mindset #NoExcuses #NeverQuitonyourself #TrustTheProcess

Five days off. Now we’re back to work. ⚔️

BLOCK 1 | WEEK 1 📖

155 lbs ➡️ 473 lbs × 6

Coming back from a little rest, and honestly, 473 has never felt more comfortable.

The biggest challenge today wasn’t the weight.

It was reminding myself that it’s only WEEK ONE and I need to be on my best behavior. 😂

No need to rush the process. No need to prove anything.

Just execute the program, build momentum, and let the strength speak for itself.

We’re just getting started. 💪

661 LB / 300 KG. BELTLESS. ⚔️🔥

617 was once a milestone. Now 661 is the new standard.

Making my Powerlifting United debut, I stepped onto the platform with one thing in mind: trust the work I’ve put in.

No belt. No shortcuts. Just preparation, patience, and years of building strength.

And the best part? 661 wasn’t even a grinder. 😤

Could I have pulled more? Absolutely. But there’s no need to rush the process. Every milestone has its time.

🥇 1st Place
🏆 Best Lifter
⚔️ 661 LB Deadlift PR

A possible Tennessee state record is still awaiting official confirmation. 👀

The goal isn’t to prove how strong I am today. It’s to become stronger than I was yesterday.

The work continues. 🐺

NEW FEDERATION. SAME MISSION. ⚔️🏆

Made my debut with Powerlifting United in the 90KG Open Raw Tested division, and what a way to start!

🥇 1st Place
🏆 Best Lifter

⚔️ Squat: 490 LB
⚔️ Bench: 336 LB — NEW PR
⚔️ Deadlift: 661 LB — NEW PR (BELTLESS)

1,487 LB TOTAL.

Not every lift went according to plan. I wanted more out of my squat, but sometimes the biggest victories come from adapting, executing, and finishing strong.

Two new PRs, two awards, and plenty of lessons to take into the next competition.

And that 661? There’s still more in the tank. 😤

The work doesn’t stop here.

Nothing crazy. Just putting in the final touches. ⚔️

Working our way up to a top set of 286 lbs as we taper down for competition this Saturday.

No need to chase numbers today. The work has already been done. Now it’s about keeping everything moving and staying ready.

Also, a huge shoutout to VYLN for sending over the new hoodie prototype to try out! 🙏🔥

You already know we’re putting it to the test, even during a lighter session. 😂

Light work today. Bigger things ahead.

RECOVERY MODE: ON. COMPETITION MODE: LOADING. ⏳⚔️

After spending the past week fighting off being sick, we’re finally starting to feel like ourselves again. 😮‍💨

Nothing crazy on the menu today. Just 286 lbs on the bar as we taper down for competition this Saturday.

The hard work has already been done. Now it’s about recovering, staying sharp, and trusting the process.

On another note, we’re putting the new @officialvyln VYLN hoodie prototype through its first test! 👀🔥

A little recovery, a little new gear, and one final push before stepping onto the platform.

The goal isn’t to get stronger this week. It’s to show up ready to demonstrate the strength we’ve already built.

Saturday, we go to work. 🫡
