Last night Coach Fooly won via unanimous decision in the semifinals. He advances to the 154 Sub Novice Division Championship next week. We are just thankful to be in the ring let alone the victory. A lot of Coach’s family came to support. Columbus PAL’s legendary trail blazer, Coach Ron, even made a surprising appearance to support. We are very proud and grateful but the job isn’t done. We’re right back to work. The gym will be open on Sunday with Coach Seth from 3p-6p. As always Columbus, thank you for your unwavering support.

Forever grateful, your Coaching Staff

Last night a special moment happened in a special young man’s life. Coach Fooly made his boxing debut last night at the @ingoldengloves against a more experienced and game opponent. You would have to know his journey and story to know how special it was. In 2023 he suffered a very serious injury where doctors told him he would never box. At the time he had only been training for a couple of months. Almost 3 years later, he stepped in the ring and won by unanimous decision. Fooly became a coach when the doctors told him it was over. He loves boxing. He loves our gym. He didn’t want to walk away. He stayed just for the love of helping and volunteering his time to the local youth. This year he became a judge and referee just for the pure passion of learning the game and obtaining knowledge. After years of rehab and recovery, the doctors cleared him earlier this year. There were a lot of tears last night. To know Fooly is to know relentless determination, grit, the art of moving in humbleness, the hunger for knowledge, work ethic, leadership, and most importantly faith. He competes in the semifinals next week. In a first time ever post, your coaches are proud of you Coach. As always Columbus, thank you for your unwavering support.

Tonight Jaden earned her first stoppage via RSC (TKO). The referee stopped the bout in the second round. Jaden advances to the National Championship on Saturday. Jaden asked her opponent to pray with her after the stoppage, and she was acknowledged for her sportsmanship. We are very proud of her. The work isn’t done. As always Columbus, thank you for unwavering support and see you Championship Saturday.

Congratulations to Jaden on her official invitation to the @usaboxing Championships in 2 weeks! Jaden is Columbus’ first ever boxer to be personally invited to the National Championships. She has been establishing herself as a national presence, and she will have the opportunity to climb higher in the national rankings. She is currently ranked 5th in the entire country, and she is excited for her new opportunity for experience, work, and greatness. If you would like to help her with her journey as she is chasing greatness while representing her family, our gym, Indiana, and Columbus DM @jaden_boxing. Congratulations Jaden! Now get back to work.

Thankful and motivated,

Current members will have the month of October to secure their 2026 membership ahead of the November 1st line. We have a limited 35 spots for current members and new members.
