On a scale of 1 to 10, how are you doing as things fall apart?
1 = numb and apathetic
10 = one inconvenience/coffee spill/burnt toast/sneeze away from total emotional breakdown.

Oscillating somewhere in between, we think we’ll just keep DANCING, For Dying Out Loud!

Here is a sneak peak into the experience Deepthi and Akash create with SONGS OF SLEEP.

This was their first time performing at Offstage and this Sunday the 25th we have them back to perform their concert of lullabies.

So please do come, have a lie down or a curl up and listen to the most comforting songs from around the world.
Bring a loved one and share the experience.

If you have witnessed this, please do spread the word.
It seems to be an important time to gather for many reasons. And in the in-betweens perhaps we can gather to rest collectively.

The link to register is in our bio.
Please book soon as we are a small space.

“What was whispered to the rose to break it open
Last night was whispered to my heart.”- Rumi

The intention of the gathering is to create a space for women to journey inward and outward — to listen to the body, reconnect with the elements and the more-than-human world, and explore different layers of their lives through movement, dance, singing, drumming, embodied practices and simple rituals of celebration and connection.

Rather than being a conventional workshop, we see it as a time of coming together, remembering, sensing and sharing— allowing the body, the land, the elements and the collective to become part of the experience.

It will become a journey through the transitions and eternal changes of the Wheel of Life into a Life of wholeness and remembrance, from where we can hear our Song and tell the true story of who we are again.”
