Hello everyone!

For those who aren’t aware, my name is Cedar, and I’m the owner/operator of North Fork Suspension Labs here in Auburn, CA. We are a full-service, fully equipped mountain bike suspension shop specializing in most major suspension brands (feel free to call if you have questions about more niche brands).

We’re very excited to be opening our doors very soon, so I wanted to share a quick update!

We’re just about finished with the shop build-out and are wrapping up our wholesale accounts, inventory, and—most importantly—our local shop partnerships. If you own or work at a local bike shop, expect a visit from me over the next few weeks!

Our goal is to officially open for both mail-in service and local bike shop drop-offs at the beginning of August.

If you’re planning on booking a service around then, our website is already live, and our service request form is fully functional. At this stage, the more notice you can give us before dropping off your suspension, the better. We’re expecting turnaround times of just 1–3 days when we first open, so now is a great time to get your service request in before things get busy.

I’ll be out and about visiting local shops and getting out on the trails. I’m also hoping to attend local dig days and other community events to meet more of you in person.

Ich werde oft gefragt welche Federelemente ich servicen kann.
Dabei sollte die Frage eher heißen: welche Federelemente kann ich NICHT 😉

Und Retro bedeutet bei mir nicht bis 2005, Retro bedeutet bei mir zurück bis 1989.

Instagram lässt mich nur 20 Bilder auswählen, dabei hätte ich noch soviel mehr zu zeigen was ich schon alles geserviced habe.

Auch habe ich die Motivation mein Portfolio ständig zu erweitern.
Wenn du also eine Federgabel oder Dämpfer hast die sonst niemand macht, frag mich einfach. In der Regel ist es machbar 😎
