Hey friends! If you’re looking for some good seafood, Off the Hook (@offthehookclt) just opened their newest location in Lower Southend.

Swipe to see some of the food items I tried!! 😁✨

SN: The food was so good, we ended up ordering a to-go order of their Maine lobster roll and the Connecticut lobster roll 🦞

I stopped by @offthehookclt and they understood the assignment seafood, flavor, and a laid-back vibe all in one spot. From the lobster rolls and crab rolls to the fish & chips, this is definitely one of those places where you’ll want to order a little bit of everything. 😮‍💨

🎂 Birthday Series: Daddy-Daughter Edition | Stop #1 @offthehookclt

Plot twist: it’s not just my birthday month anymore! 😂 My dad is in town for the week AND today is his birthday, so of course I had to bring him along for a few stops in my birthday series. 🥳🤎

First up: Off The Hook Charlotte! If you’re craving seafood but want something quick and casual, this is definitely more of a laid-back, fast-food-style seafood spot.

We tried a little bit of everything 👀

The calamari was good, the crab cake sliders were one of my favorites (I just wanted a little more seasoning), and the seafood boil had plenty of flavor. The warm lobster roll wasn’t really my thing, and the fish & chips didn’t stand out for me — BUT my dad really enjoyed the fried shrimp, so he definitely found his winner. 😂🍤

Overall, a cute casual stop when you want seafood without all the fuss.

And most importantly… Happy Birthday to my dad! 🥳🎂🤎 Now I have a birthday partner for the week!

Where should we take the birthday series next? 👀
