I am so grateful to have special guests, Off The Record (OTR) performing in of Love Today: a concert for loving in a time of needing! Thank you especially to their dedicated music director, Esmé Pelton, for collaborating with me on this concert.

Off The Record is the University of Illinois’ first all-gender, non-competitive a cappella group, founded in 2022. In just a few years, OTR has made groundbreaking appearances at Acatoberfest, collaborated with renowned a cappella groups like Stanford's Fleet Street Singers, and even taken the stage at Champaign premiere of Trolls 3: Band Together! Through their fall and spring concerts, OTR loves to showcase diverse music arrangements and choreography all created within the group! Beyond performances, the group prides itself on fostering a tight-knit community where members expand their musical skills through arrangement workshops and vocal percussion training, empowering them to create original music and perform. OTR can be seen next at their spring concert on April 24th at 7:00 in Gregory Hall! They would like to thank Brandon for this amazing opportunity to collaborate and consider what love means to them.
