התשוקה של שחק היתה להצליח בלימודים,
לטייל ולראות עולם,
לרקוד בפסטיבלים
ולהקים צימרים בדרום.

מה הכי גרם לך להיות גאה בשחק ?

הבן המושלם והטוב , והאח הבכור הדואג
והאכפתי לאחיו ואחיותיו
והצלחתו בלימודים,
האופטימיות שהכל אפשרי ,
החיים הסטודנטיאליים
וערך החברות.

מה היה ההישג הגדול ביותר שלו ?

התמסלל ללימודים וקיבל מחבריו ללימודים
את התואר “חכם התואר” ,
היה אהוב על חבריו וחיבר ביניהם.

Shahak Yosef Madar was 26 years old when he was killed at the Nova festival in Re’im. He was a man with a giant heart who loved to travel, listen to music and loved to live his life. At his funeral his mother said: “Our Shahak would have given himself a completely different funeral... For him it would have been a meeting of people - atmosphere - good music and fine alcohol, and everything would be wrapped in tons of good energy. That’s how he lived his life - a man of the people, everything at eye level... For all of us, the country, the dream, the hope went away. The life that was once there will no longer be, we are left with an unwritten story. Our Shahak would want us to be strong, united, happy and good for ourselves. And little by little we will gather and rise up to honor his memory.” Shahak was a true and special friend, full of love, joy of life, eternal smile and rare kindness. He will never be forgotten from our hearts.
