OG ladies taking on @theboxldn 💪🌙

What a turnout from the OG ladies tonight! 🖤

Some of the team swapped the rugby pitch for the gym and joined James at boxLDN, based at @og_rfc, for a seriously good workout.

Working in teams of three, we tackled Romanian deadlifts, box jumps, ski-pull ropes and one-minute cardio bursts in between the weights. Safe to say, we earned our evening! 🔥

A huge thank you to James and Conor, who’ll be leading our sessions going forward, for looking after us and putting us through our paces. Great training, plenty of laughs and even better company under a starry night sky. ✨

Already looking forward to the next one in a couple of weeks!

Strong women. Good people. OG spirit. 💙

🦄 FIRST OUTING FOR OUR U12 UNICORNS! 🩵❤️

What a brilliant day for our youngest Unicorns as they headed to @hackneyrugby for their very first Pitch Up & Play! 🏉

Plenty of determination, teamwork, some great rugby and lots of smiles as the girls enjoyed their first taste of playing against other clubs!

A huge thank you to Hackney for hosting a brilliant day and to @woodford_rugby_club, @sarfc_sonics @hampsteadgirlsrugby for being involved, lending players and being supportive and encouraging to all of the girls.

We're so proud of our players; this is just the beginning, and we can't wait to see what's next! 🦄👏

FRIDAY NIGHT UNDER THE LIGHTS 🏉✨

A tough derby and plenty of determination!

Our U16 Unicorns teamed up with @sarfc_sonics for theit second outing under the #SOGs banner — and this time it was our turn to run out in Sarries colours!

With three girls picking up injuries in the warm-up, it was a tough start to our friendly against Finchley.

The girls dug deep, with ferocious tackles and end-to-end rugby keeping the game scoreless for 25 minutes before Finchley broke through.

Evie, Lola and Roisin held their own in the scrum, Ruby T’s darting runs helped set up Tia for our try, and Sophie put in some brilliant try-saving tackles at full-back. 💪

A special shout-out to Aurelia on her debut — a tough introduction, but she finished with a smile on her face! 👏

Final score: SOGs 7–29 Finchley.

The result didn’t go our way, but there was no shortage of effort. We take the learnings, regroup and get ready for next week’s league match against Hertford.

DIVE TIME! Getting low and getting better 🔥

The Touch Ladies put in the work at training last week, getting to grips with our diving technique and adding another skill to the toolbox.

Plenty of laughs, plenty of commitment and some seriously impressive dives 👏💪

There’s been a lot of noise around women in sport this week.

We’d rather show you what we see.

Strength. Friendship. Competition. Laughter. Belonging.

Women showing up.
Women backing each other.
Women having a bloody good time.

And if a young girl sees us and thinks “I want to do that” — even better.

Show them what’s possible. 🏉💛

OG’s ONE LOVE 🏉🩷

There’s something pretty special about getting a bunch of brilliant women together, pulling on the same shirt and simply having each other’s backs.

Team spirit. Comradery. Support. A lot of laughs, and some bloody good touch rugby. 🏉

We had an absolute blast on tour in Northampton, hosted by the amazing @northamptonsaints From the first whistle to the last, it was all about coming together, playing hard and celebrating what happens when a great bunch of ladies get on the pitch together.

One team. One love. One hell of a weekend. 💕🏉

OG Touch Ladies on Tour 2026 💥 From the tour bus to the festival — the OG Touch Ladies brought the noise! 🙌

Different teams, different cities, but when the OGs get together… you know it’s going to be a good one.

Claps, chaos, rugby and plenty of good times with this brilliant bunch.

Here’s to Rugby Fest 2.0 — and the memories we’re making along the way. 🫶🏉

🚨 TOUR WARM-UP CHALLENGE 🚨

We’re heading off on TOUR this Saturday, so obviously the best way to prepare was to see what our OG ladies have lurking in their fridges… 😂

The brief: open the fridge and pull out something completely random but somehow TOUR related.

And honestly… they did NOT disappoint. 👀

🏉 Rugby boots — essential TOUR equipment
🩺 First aid & medicine — because apparently we’re being responsible
🍾 Jägermeister & Tequila Rose — because… TOUR
🐶 Luna — because every tour needs a mascot apparently 😂

Safe to say, the fridge challenge has officially set the standard for TOUR weekend. 🍻😂

Saturday can’t come soon enough. 🥳
