First snowstorm of the season brought in the BEST DJ to celebrate! ❄️🔥 Along with some incredible local support, Chibs put on an absolute SHOW. What a moment! 🥶📸💙
And for Helena, MT 🤯a place full of cowboys and ranchers 🤠 🐴we threw what has to be one of the greatest Montana Riddim shows of all time! I’m not even trying to be biased 😂🔥
But seriously, if you could’ve heard the music, felt the energy, and experienced that first snowfall with us, you would’ve felt the magic too. Some nights are just unforgettable. This was one of them. 💙❄️🔊

Frequency Expeditions is back with some super exciting news!! We launched this residency to go deeper than your average dance party, showcasing the electronic genres that shaped the underground and the DJs in our community who play them with passion.

For the next handful of shows, we’re shifting the focus to the Montana DJ crews that shape our diverse community. These are the teams behind the scenes keeping the fire burning bright, from the longest-running legends to the freshest crews on the block: the sound system heads, Burners, ravers, and club kids holding down the fort right now.

This month we’re spotlighting Funktionality Presents! @funktionalitypresents They’re a local production company that owns and operates a world-class Funktion-One sound system. Their mission is for culture, music, and art to Funktion as One, blending sound system culture and community to bring all walks of life together. Past events include the Missoula Pride afterparty at Monk’s Bar, festivals like Cloverfield and Lovers and Lunatics, and a campout at Legacy Bike Park. Their love for club nights, raves, and campouts runs deep.

Music starts at 10pm (21+)

10–11 Daily Driver @ogbananafunk
Halftime, Phonk, Dubstep

11–12 Heirloom @heirloom.dont.do.it

What an amazing weekend of shows! Ashez came and conquered! We setup shop with the AMF Productions crew in Spokane at The Chameleon. For being one of their first events, they really created some magic for us. Teamwork makes the dream work. Stoked to be cooking up some more magic with them. We had Sassmatik, Jojo, Animal Treats and Ashez on deck. A very proper get down to say the least. Saturday we headed home to Whitefish and brought some absolute madness. 3 tickets from selling out! Lost Format, Animal Treats and Ashez brought the vibes and really showed Whitefish what it’s all about. It was pretty amazing meeting so many people that made the drive from some far away places just to see this one. Huge shout out to MT Kush for being our number one sponsor, believing in the vision and supporting underground music. Stop in and show some love to Montana’s most award winning dispensary of 2026! So much love for the crew that shows up and helps make the magic happen. @odonata_music on visuals, @animaltreatsbass for helping crush the load in, setup and tear down each night as well as throwing down two amazing sets. @ogbananafunk and @saucebass for helping up at the doors @blvckmvgickskateco for capturing the magic moments. @herb.and.omni / @thesecondstorywf for giving us the space to create these amazing events. And a huge thank you to everyone who showed up and supported! Without you, it would not continue. Keep your eyes peeled for another announcement tomorrow morning! #whitefish #montana #bassmusic #party #spokane

Love a little side quest on the journey home from the festival ✨📸
Working events has brought so many incredible people into my community, and I’m grateful for every connection, collaboration, and creative moment along the way. Of course, I couldn’t pass up the chance to get some practice in for promotional work too!
Huge thank you to Jaxon from Functionality Presents for throwing down with the crew. It was a pleasure capturing the energy, and I’m looking forward to working together again this fall 🔥🙏🏻💙
