🚨OFF-SEASON WORKOUTS 🚨
🚨Starting as Early as February 4th🚨

With seasons coming to an end, you have an important decision to make in regards to how you’ll improve for next season.

No matter your current location, if you’re willing to work we both know that won’t be your final destination with 🏀

JuCo, D-2, D-1 and high school athletes alike all have a common goal, to be the best version of themselves every time they lace up.

This weekend grind is for those already thinking about the impact they want to have next season.
You saw where you could improve and you’re ready to make said improvements.

Make a commitment to you and go after what you say you want. Bring the 💨 or get 💨

My goal is to get you there, nothing short of that.
I don’t want you to make improvements that’ll diminish after one month of play. Sustainable gains is the name of the game if you wanna make an impact come February/March💎

Join the team, live your dream

Apologies for the last post on last week’s stats. We had records being broken and a three way tie for second place 🔥 Last night was interesting. We saved Power Rankings for after Week 5 when everyone got a chance to play each other! Stay tuned for the recaps! (We promise this time😂)
