Still coming down from the high of last weekend. Taking Kristina Girod’s Method Training was the inspiration, the push, the challenge, the camaraderie, the recharge that I didn’t realize I needed. I walked into the training with zero expectations. I left with friends from around the country and a mentor. Thank you @thekristinagirod & @collynconqueso for a weekend I can’t wait to repeat!

This experience reignited something in me that is such a huge part of my joy/purpose in this life. @thekristinagirod @collynconqueso & the ENTIRE @_powerandflow team… From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. AWAKEN family reunion at the @buffalomarathon expo ✨

Craziest part is this reel couldn’t even fit everyone at the expo who has been a client at AWAKEN!!

This weekend is always such a celebration of so many of our amazing clients who truly become friends & family 🫶

If you’re in need of a PT and/or running coach to come along your side, teach you as much as possible, and support you through thick and thin - AWAKEN is just the place for you!!

We are so lucky to have such an incredible team who work together to bring you the best experience possible, on and off the bike. The energy, passion, and heart you bring to the stage is what makes this community so special.

A special congratulations to Dom and Paige on leading their very first IceCycle ride at the Survivor Ride. Such a powerful moment and you both absolutely crushed it.

It’s official 🎉🚲
Our new Spin trainees are officially trained and officially on the schedule! We are SO proud of both of them and cannot wait to see what Paige and Dominique bring to our Spark community.

A huge thank you to Shamyr and Tony for taking them under their wing and guiding them through their training. We are so grateful for the time, energy, and support you poured into them.

Catch Paige on Friday mornings at 6:40am
Catch Dominique on Tuesdays at 6:40pm and starting February, Friday nights at 5:45pm
