A solid frolic this past weekend!

Friday after work we did our weekly hoop run @aft.fng @ozersf (Tap in if you wanna run with us!)

Saturday from 6:30am-10am we got to volunteer with Berkeley Humane Animal Shelter for Bark and Meow around the block in efforts to find homes for over 300 animals!
After that, we pulled up to the Oakland Roots game where @fraktheperson @nefthepharaoh and @2ez_productions half time performance went crazy!

Sunday was a day of filming. Acting is something I want to explore more, and it’s been a great time on set! Stay tuned for updates. 👀🎥🎬

A time for celebrating family and friends, to give back, and to stuff my face with great food! I’m grateful 💯

Dr. Henry Safrit, I first met you in middle school. I couldn't have imagined the profound and life-changing impact you would have on not only my life but the lives of so many others.

I have so many words, but none seem adequate enough to express the love, grace, and intelligence you so effortlessly shared with us. From your holiday invitations to your home, to the times you came to support us at high school events, it never mattered. You were always there for us.

Life can be cruel. Seeing one of the sharpest minds we knew slowly fade away this way just doesn't feel right. What alleviates this pain is knowing that you're no longer suffering and that you can join some of our brothers in the Achievers Brotherhood who have departed also.

Rest easy, Henry. We love you and you will be missed tremendously.

Our last meeting wasn't like the ones we were used to. Yet, you still showed us you loved us, just as you did when we met in middle school many years ago: with that golden smile.

Congrats on a life well lived.

You were our guy. And we will always be your boys.🙏🏾🖤

A pop-up restaurant for a whole month in my city/neighborhood!

Thank you to everyone who came and supported Me and My Family for the month of September at The Food Pavilion ♥️ My heart is SO FULL. The fact I get to do this with my family is just the cherry on top, everybody eats…literally!! If you’re from The Point you know Bridgett, Devon & Classie we really tied to the community 🤞🏾
