I did it! Ran my first Half Marathon since 2013! Thank you @robchester1973 for being my biggest supporter! @reneenay_23 you are the the best run coach and I felt so good!! PT sessions with @christyyne and accupuncture with @jessieray625 helped me heal and recover from an injury! Thank you to everyone at @ogtrainingacademy for the motivation! #suffolkhalf #thankyou #duckyourhead #icandohardthings #thisisfifty

Nothing new flows into your life until you make room for it.

Fall is a season of distillation; a precise and intentional pruning away of what is non-essential so that only the purest, most valuable form remains.

When we declutter the mind, our values become clear.

When we declutter our living space, more life flows through it.

Fall is Alchemy.
Cycles of life and death.
Decay into compost which becomes life again.

Energy is contagious especially when it comes from your coach. One “Let’s go” and I was gone. 😂🔥💪

Mindset is everything and @jamiedeutschhh has it mastered. Disciplined hard working and completely locked in. She’s a personal trainer with a purpose. Another banger @ogtrainingacademy this morning. Getting Hyrox ready and running outside while the weather sis still perfect. Grateful for sharing her story.

Thank you @jeanetteh_12

Always a good time with good people @ogtrainingacademy so glad to meet and share @bella.annunziata @nick_dimarco post lower body lift. Driving an hour to come to this gym shows the dedication and heart to get the work done. Impressive work from both of you. I could definitely see you two in a Hyrox race now. Appreciate both of you and thank you for showing up and showing out!

So much to update the internet on. The FaM has been so very busy. Going back a few weeks and will give each athlete the spotlight they deserve. This is Rich. A single, working dad; who lost a ton of weight, got into lifting weights at the Mecca @ogtrainingacademy and decided he wanted to “do an Ironman.”

He signed up, he asked a friend for a plan. He asked for a swim coach and he found us. Swipe two slides to see where he began. He couldn’t swim one 25m pool length without his head above the water, without a kickboard or fins.

We worked tirelessly in the pool all winter. Early mornings, late nights, dragging our kids along, independent practice comprised of drills and endurance & efficiency drills.

Middle slide, probably halfway to Ironman. And then: poof! It was the daunting 2 mile swim then race day. Swimming buoy to buoy for hours on end with @teacherbythesea in her gem of a backyard….. to accomplish this.

Forget the bike difficulty. Forget the run, Rich has ran many a marathon. But THIS. One of the hardest swims on the Ironman circuit ….. was actually the easiest part of his day.

Congrats to our Richie. Your commitment to yourself, your diet and your training led you to every red carpet moment; well done and much deserved.

For anyone looking , DM me for bike details, it’s for sale!
