I've spent years training other people for a living. Yet I still sign up to be the student. Before content creation, I built my corporate career as a Training Manager my whole job was helping people learn, grow, and get better at what they do. So when I became a UGC creator, that part of me didn't change. I don't ever stop learning, and I don't plan to. I just went through the Becoming the Brand Challenge with @itsshelbyvasquez and @ogxari , and I enjoyed every bit of it. It's well structured, the calls feel like real conversations instead of lectures, and both of them are young women who are actively learning, capturing what's valuable, and sharing it right back with other creators. That's the kind of room I want to be in. I would 100% go through it again. Each week you are granted access to a structured plan of learning and a call to talk through it with other peers. I do wish it came with a workbook PDF but I did end up making my own. Staying on top of trends, sharpening your skills, and learning from other experts isn't extra as a creator — it's how you grow. And it's exactly why brands can trust the work I deliver: I invest in my craft the same way I invest in every piece of content I create. I'm Martha a UGC creator and brand strategist creating storytelling driven content, always talking straight to camera, always learning. Brands looking for a creator who takes this work seriously: let's work together. #UGCCreator #UGCCommunity #ContentCreator #BrandStrategist CreatorEducation NeverStopLearning InvestInYourself UGCForBrands TalkingToCamera BrandStorytelling CreatorGrowth ContentCreation

What I didn’t realize when I started the Becoming the Brand challenge with @itsshelbyvasquez and @ogxari was how much I’d change in the process. 🤎 I’m showing up differently. I’m thinking differently. I’m more willing to put myself out there, try things, and let people actually SEE me instead of worrying so much about how I’m being perceived. And honestly? That’s probably my favorite part of all of this. 22 days in and I’m realizing this challenge was never just about posting every day. It’s about becoming the creator I’ve been trying to convince myself I could be. And I’m loving this journey! ❤️

I didn’t realize how much I needed this brand challenge until I started it. It’s helped me get clearer on my personal brand, my audience, and the kind of content I actually want to create. Still learning, still figuring it out, but I’m finally feeling like things are starting to click. Thank you @itsshelbyvasquez @ogxari #personalbrand #content #ugc #becoming #consistency

COMMENT “35” to join @ogxari and me for our $20 35-Day Personal Brand Challenge 👀 I’m gonna hold your hand when I say this: you don’t have an inbound problem, you have a visibility problem. You can say personal branding is cringe. You can say you’re too busy to post. You can even say your coach told you that you don’t need social media to do UGC. Cool. But you can’t choose to stay invisible and then be confused when brands aren’t finding you. That ain’t gonna work. The people cringing aren’t paying your bills. Build the damn brand. PART 2 because there are way too many incredible UGC girlies to fit into one post. 🥹🤍 These women educate, inspire, entertain and remind me why the UGC community can be such an amazing place when we choose community over competition. Whether they’re sharing their knowledge, showing the honest side of creator life, helping other creators grow or simply bringing the BEST energy to my feed—I genuinely love following every one of them: Go show these UGC baddies some love—and tell me one good thing that happened to YOU this week so we can celebrate you too. 🥹👏🏼 And obviously, tag another UGC girly who deserves a spot in Part 3! 👀 UGC creators to follow, women in UGC, UGC creator community, content creator inspiration, UGC tips and education #UGCCreator #UGCCommunity #WomenInUGC #ContentCreators #CommunityOverCompetition
