Through special collaborations, this past year we hosted three gatherings around our latest launch, Pale Tray, creating moments of pause for genuine conversations with our friends and community.

We’re somehow at the end of June already! Summer is in full swing, and the plates we’ve been spotting lately are bright, vibrant, and generously finished with olive oil.

Here are a few of our favourite sightings from the month, a selection of dishes, tables, and gatherings where Honest Toil has found its place.

1. A beautiful custom table designed and developed by @aaron.wes for a collaboration between @ceciliebahnsen and @carodiarioparis
2. A dinner by @tanieta.laila for @signthebook
3. Aegean coast for a table by @healgoblin ft. fava, artichokes, apricots and labneh!
4. @christinasots decanting her 2L
5. @hiyaimhan bakes another fabulous cake, this time with lemon, pistachio and olive oil
6. A very summer plate by @foodbycorita with isle of wight tomatoes, burrata, basil and evoo
7. A fresh salad by @olya____o with labneh, green asparagus, apple, haloumi, sesame seeds, tarragon
8. A ceviche dream by @root_bath with wild black bream ceviche, apricot, almond and capers

Thank you to everyone cooking, pouring, dressing and sharing with Honest Toil this month, we love seeing where it ends up! Looking forward to seeing what July brings💚

Another month, another community roundup 💚

July has been full of vibrant, seasonal cooking, with ripe fruit, peak summer vegetables and plenty of generous glugs of Honest Toil.

We always love seeing how our community uses the oil in their own kitchens. The theme for this month was definitely colour! Here are a few of our favourite dishes from the past month.

Keep tagging us in your creations, we can’t wait to see what August brings! 💚

@storiesfromaplate made a dashi-marinated yellow heirloom tomato, filled with cottage cheese @zueger.plantbased , seasoned with lovage herb salt, and topped with fresh lovage and nasturtium, drizzled with Honest Toil on top plus lacto-fermented elderflower gherkin and a salad of orange melon, cucumber, fermented tofu, dill oil, dill flowers and cornflowers 💚

@opendoorbakes dreamy summer plate of beet & cannellini bean hummus, roasted radish, green beans, @boldbeanco butter beans, mozzarella, roasted almonds, mint, and dressed with plenty of Honest Toil 💚

@jodienixon_ made a wonderful plate of courgettes fried in Honest Toil 💚

@olya____o combined her favourite berries with Greek yogurt, sweet preserved elderflower berries and a drizzle of Honest Toil for some extra polyphenols 💚

@helensgraham had us drooling at her roasted kohlrabi and sumac cherries with curry leaf & poppyseed dressing 💚

And fanning ourselves at her watermelon salad with a harissa dressing 💚

On Saturday, we brought together some of the things we love most: herbs, tea, textiles, surplus materials, beautiful food and good company.

For a few hours, those worlds met around one table filled with dried and fresh herbs, hibiscus cold brews, @emiliemarielassen special matcha cheesecake bites, fabric swatches, new silhouettes, friends and new friends.

Together, we mixed our own tea blends, learned about the different herbs and plants around us, shared stories and explored some of the newest Gentag styles.

In a world that increasingly happens online, there’s something special about spending a Saturday afternoon drinking tea, sharing good conversations and connecting in real life.

“Serving Spring”

Together, we are pleased to invite you to Serving Spring, a sensory experience to pause and to arrive in the present. It’s a spring morning in Milan.

Floral-infused beverages made from hand-picked and fermented young blossoms are served throughout the intimate gathering. Collected by Olya Tarasyeyeva over the past few months and designed exclusively for this occasion, they are presented in various colours on the Pale Tray installation by Paleworks. The new aluminium collection, born from the idea that a tray is a gesture, emphasises the quiet act of carrying what matters.

A music set curated by @quintonmulvey enhances the immersive atmosphere.

Hosted at Deoron during Milan Design Week 2026, Serving Spring unfolds through taste, visuals, and music.

We imagined a space to pause within the intensity of Milan Design Week 2026.

A place to slow down, to listen, to connect.

Throughout the week we hosted listening sessions, talks, meditation, yoga, tea rituals, and performances, all held within an intimate setting that embraced the raw presence of the factory rather than hiding it.

To everyone who stepped in, we hope you felt it.
