About last night.

My best friend got stuck in Ibiza with all the grounded flights @jacjackjackie which was devastating!!!! But all my incredible London friends and my amazing in laws showed up in force to celebrate the book…. It was completely surreal feeling so much love and signing the book for everyone! I know I always say this but I still feel emotional that I have so many amazing people in my life here, as the girl from Sydney who showed up knowing next to no one !!

My girls were running around so proud to be up late. They are my inspiration so I hope all of this makes them proud one day. The outfit I planned was a little sheer so I threw on my wedding after party look very last minute 🤣 very bridal.

Most importantly my friend Isaac of @oh.sante and @silverhill_w2 made CEO AFTER HOURS cocktails, and ran the best bar and pizza night for us and I am so grateful and indebted. You are one of my greatest supporters and it doesn’t go unnoticed Isaac, thank you!!

Tonight I’ve been preparing for tomorrow’s community event and I cannot wait to see everyone, and hear what my panelist’s have to share. See you in the morning! 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

🍹 KEGGY – STOKEY PALOMA 🍹

BBQ season is all about good food, great company... and not spending half the afternoon playing bartender! 🍖🍸

The @TheKeggyCo has become my new secret weapon. Fill it with your favourite cocktail before guests arrive, keep it ice cold and perfectly fizzy, then let everyone help themselves while you get on with cooking the BBQ! 🔥

For its maiden voyage, I called on the legendary mixologist Isaac @oh.sante, who created this absolute belter of a cocktail – the Stokey Paloma - in honour of our first cocktail session in Stoke Newington. Safe to say... it disappeared pretty quickly! 😎

✅ Ice-cold from first pour to last
✅ Keeps every drink perfectly fizzy
✅ More time cooking, eating and chatting with friends
✅ Less time shaking cocktails all afternoon

I'm genuinely chuffed with the Keggy and can't wait to splash out with more BBQ-licious cocktails.

🍊 STOKEY PALOMA (Makes 5L)
🥃 2 bottles tequila
🍋 450ml lemon juice
🍯 250ml agave nectar
🧂 24 pinches (around 2 tsp) fine salt
🥤 2,850ml grapefruit soda
🌿 10 sprigs rosemary

⚙️ @thekeggyco – The Keggy® Portable Drinks Tap
Pour anything. Anywhere. Anytime.
❄️ Ice-cold. 🍾 Perfectly fizzy. 🍹 Always on tap.
