The magic of staging ✨

✨ Sometimes the best marketing move is changing the way a home is experienced.

At 1 Lapis Lane, the size and scale are some of its best features. But when a property is vacant, it can be hard to picture how those rooms would actually be laid out and live day to day.

We wanted to make that easier for a buyer to visualize.

So, we added a little furniture, a little art, and suddenly the whole house has come to life!

As my clients said, “the house looks happy again!” 🌞

If you saw this pre-furniture, I would strongly encourage you to take a second look!

A little sneak peek from our latest staging project in Mt. Crested Butte ✨

For this home, we focused on creating warm, inviting spaces that help buyers envision how to live in (and make the most of!) this beautiful mountain home.

Sharing a few quick iPhone shots for now, professional photos coming soon — I can’t wait to share more!

We’ve been a little quiet around here — August has been busy! We just wrapped up a vacant staging install in Mt. Crested Butte and can’t wait to share the professional photos soon. In the meantime, here’s a little iPhone sneak peek of this warm and inviting entryway 🏔️

Behind the scenes of a fine art courier 🖼️🚐💨: The full array of bespoke concierge fine art services from mountains 🏔️ to desert 🏜️!

A recent project took us from a client’s mountain residence in Crested Butte, CO where we moved their large collection of artwork, which included a number of stunningly beautiful landscape paintings by local Crested Butte artist @nicholasreti and @ohbejoyfulgallery, to their residences in Las Vegas, NV and Palm Springs, CA.

We carefully deinstalled and soft-packed each piece in Crested Butte, and safely transported the entire collection to Las Vegas and Palm Springs, where we delivered and unpacked with white-glove service, and re-installed each of the artworks in their new homes where the memories of their favorite Colorado mountains will live on. ❤️

The red creates the energy while the yellow quietly steals the show. These new works will be available later in July for my show in Crested Butte. 🌼

++ Purchase information can be acquired with @ohbejoyfulgallery or drop me a dm with your email. Yes we are old school and love an old fashioned communication with our collectors. 🥰
