Some people stop celebrating life because they forget that a birthday is not about age. It is about honoring your journey, your battles, your healing, your growth, and the simple fact that you are still here.

Celebrating life means celebrating new beginnings. It means giving yourself credit for how far you have come and remembering that every new year is another opportunity to love deeper, dream bigger, and do better.
