OPEN NIGHT

Curious about training at Paper Street?

Come and see the work for yourself.

Email your EOI to:
hello@paperstreet.studio

This Thursday, 24 September, we’re opening the doors to prospective students to observe a class, meet the other students, and experience how we train (passionately and consistently).

There’s some incredible work happening this month. Come and see what you could be part of.

Being an actor doesn’t have to be merely an itch you scratch every now and then. At Paper Street, you can start turning it into something real today.

Booking is essential.

Email:
hello@paperstreet.studio

See you in the room.

Note: observation is limited to one complimentary class per actor, per six-month period.

If you you’re ready to jump in now, a link to the application form for October classes is in the bio.

my brilliant career is on netflix !!

i wore some really pretty dresses and worked with even prettier people. this was the best time ever and i’m a very lucky girl. eternally grateful to all of angels who made this whole experience such a dream

thank you to @verity_lo for actually taking some nice photos because my camera roll was primarily my swollen feet and post-dress-down glow

apologies @jakeldunn for mocking your accent to your face. i didn’t realise until it was too late that everyone else on the show had an australian accent. i was simply trying to be in dialect, you see?

ily @adelaideartistmanagement you’re the best

mum, i’m on the telly !!

This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.

I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community, and as long as I live it is my privilege to do for it whatsoever I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no ‘brief candle’ for me. It is a sort of splendid torch, which I have got hold of for the moment; and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.

#gaelige #ohflanwalker A large red brick building is central to the photograph with a strip of off-grey sky visible above it. The words “The Adelaide Electric Supply Co Ltd” are written in capital letters above the barricaded door. A pedestrian walks past in the middle of the photo.
