Proud to earn the endorsement of The Ohio Society of CPAs. Ohio’s CPAs help businesses grow, strengthen our economy and protect taxpayers. I’m grateful for their support and will keep working to make Ohio the best place to live and do business.

✨ Such an incredible weekend with SPCS — Student Professionals of Communication Studies ✨

I had so much fun on our networking trip and made some amazing connections. I’m so thankful for the professionals who welcomed us, shared their insight, and made this experience truly unforgettable, including Nationwide, Worthington Enterprises, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and Capital University Law School.

Feeling inspired and grateful 🤍

A huge thank you to the Ohio Society of CPA Student Ambassador for speaking at our ninth meeting of the semester. We are grateful to Joseph Lally for providing his advice and guidance to our members. After the OSCPA Student Ambassador presented, we had a fun Halloween social, including Minute-to-Win-It games and a Halloween costume contest.

We hope to see our members at our next meeting on Thursday, November 6 at 6:00 PM in Olscamp 225.

There are very special moments in your career when it comes full circle and this week was one of them! My son Austin joined me representing Ohio for the The Ohio Society of CPAs at AICPA Council. He chose accounting as his undergraduate degree through his own journey when he began in architecture and quickly realized that business was his passion and changed his major to accounting. I never could have imagined how awesome it would be to share this profession with him.

No one explained to me when I started my career how important volunteerism is in the profession you choose. For all I have given to this profession over my career as a volunteer, I have gotten 10 fold back. To be able to show him what it looks to get involved and demonstrate how so many of my colleagues that care about the future are continuing to make this profession better for future generations such as him at any stage of their career was truly heart warming. Starting to volunteer at any stage you are at as a CPA is so important.

Thank you to everyone that welcomed him, gave him advice and Laura Hay and Gregory M. Saul, Esq., CAE that trusted him to present about the importance of STEM to the Representatives we met with.

I am so proud of this community of professionals that I consider friends and to continue to volunteer and support this profession to continue to make it better for those following us. #AICPAGC25 #Rise2040 #FutureCPACGMA #OhioCPAProud #businessbalancebliss #connectedleader
