Ended off the year with my favorite addition to the family my little niece Soleil - thanks @leehyp I did some new out of my comfort zone things like advocating for tv and film work to stay in CA and starting my podcast Flavors and Frights but nothing could have prepared me for the challenge that is Soleil’s dirty diapers.

As talent managers, little do many know but we work in the service industry. In such a transactional business how does one make it less transactional and even more service oriented. We prioritize to create opportunities so that our clients have incredible experiences. F1 is a beast when it comes to activations, campaigns and business meetings. I’m incredibly grateful to be in an industry that has allowed me to go to over a dozen races. This year was my third consecutive year at the LVGP. None of this would be possible without some of my brand parnters who have been incredible to work with as colleagues in this industry. Thank you to @nmattera and the @ykoneagency team for everything. Wow. What an unforgettable weekend celebrating the @backstreetboys opening at @spherevegas I was lucky enough to be there for dress rehearsals and saw firsthand just how much heart, hustle, and hard work went into this show - so to watch it come to life in front of a sold-out crowd was absolutely surreal. Even more special was experiencing it all with @angelcharissma - surrounded by friends and family witnessing something truly larger than life. It is more than a concert… it’s an experience. I’ve seen them perform many times, but nothing compares to this. Not just because they’re family - but because it’s truly the best I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor: go see this show. 🎙️🛸🌐
