Not planned or scheduled. An example of the POWER of Jesus🥺

We were headed to church and my mom said it was on her heart to get baptized again. She also encouraged my little brother too as well. We did not realize today was baptism Sunday.

In the middle of worship, the Lord tugged on my brother’s heart. He said “mom let’s do it today”. They both answered with obedience and it left my heart in awe.

There’s no words to describe witnessing this🥺❤️ The Lord is faithful, good, and when he tugs & pulls. Answer.

Dear World… this is my baby brother. Be good to him. Allow him to experience and see the beauty within the ugly. Allow him to change you and the people in it. And most importantly, be ready for him to conquer you. Be ready for him to dominate ever platform the Lord gives him. Be ready for him to soften hearts, ease minds, and spread the love of Jesus. Be ready for him to build his legacy on you. Be ready for his presence to hold so much weight. Be ready for him to take the little and make it into so much more than you or anyone else expects. AND WHEN THIS HAPPENS… I hope he smiles and laughs at the things you once threw his way and says thank you. Because in that moment, he’ll know it was all happening to make him be the man we always knew he’d become in the first place.

Omari, I promise to always speak life into you when the world tries to tell you your someone else. I promise to always find an answer to any life questions you have. I promise to cover you in prayer always. I promise to be your sister, your best friend, your partner, your ride or die, and mentor. I promise to love you through all your mistakes and all your success. And I promise to always challenge you to be the best man possible.

Cheers to your beginning baby boy. Enjoy the ride🤍🔐
