Day 2 of the Tease Experience was a great finally of that weekend 🥲✨

I love the confidence I gained dancing in my heels plus the support of the dancing heels community is just an epic feeling 🥰

Last video was a fun routine to learn and do thanks @angie.leonm for the experience too 💕

Yeah… they ATE this 😮‍🔥💜

We danced to Oooh by Kehlani and every single dancer brought their own flavor, softness, confidence, and sensuality to this piece.

That’s what I love most about ConfiDANCE — nobody is trying to dance exactly the same.

Everybody gets space to:
✨ feel
✨ explore
✨ trust themselves
✨ and make the choreography their own

And baby… they SHOWED UP 😮‍🔥

Watching women tap into that soft confidence in real time will never get old to me 💫

Today’s class felt like softness. 💜✨

We danced to Oooh by Kehlani and baby… the energy in the room was EVERYTHING.

Short and sweet choreography, but so much space to explore, freestyle, and really connect with ourselves through movement.

No rushing.
No forcing.
Just women tapping into that soft confidence and allowing themselves to feel. 😮‍🔥

Watching everyone let go and trust their bodies today was honestly beautiful.

This is exactly why I created ConfiDANCE 💫

The facts are… it is 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. We are hosting an in-person meeting at our @thevapacenter wellness center (2nd location). Grown men and women with real lives, real responsibilities, real obligations, real families… still MADE time. That matters. That’s dope! #Grateful

So whatever you see next from @YVYCLT, just know it’s not by accident.

It’s built on intention. Sacrifice. Alignment.

Everybody busy, stop using “busy” as an excuse.

Thank you to the #YVYTeam for believing, investing, serving and MAKING time. My job on nights like this is simple… prove I’ll never waste your time. I hope y’all see and feel that.

Let me get a TWO CLAP! 👏🏾👏🏾
