We warmly invite you to explore our 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 which is designed to foster long-term partnerships with educational institutions and provide a platform for research-driven, process-oriented work.

In April, we are proud to collaborate with NYU ITP @itp_nyu on two exhibitions that continue our shared commitment to advancing art education and creative practice. These projects bring together emerging voices and interdisciplinary approaches, creating a space for experimentation, dialogue, and the exchange of ideas across media and disciplines.

At THE BLANC, we believe that education and practice are inseparable—each informing and sustaining the other within a broader cultural ecology. Through these collaborations, we aim to support students and educators in developing new forms of expression while engaging with the evolving conditions of contemporary art and technology.

Osmotic
Opening April 17, 5:00 - 8:00 PM
THE BLANC, 15 East 40th St, New York, NY 10016

Presence is no longer self-evident. In an age where digital identity accumulates in parallel to, and often inseparable from, the bodies we inhabit, the question of what counts as being here has become increasingly tentative.

This exhibition brings together fourteen artists whose practices interrogate the osmotic boundary between the physical and the digital self. Through installation, sound, and interactive media, their works trace the artifacts of lived experience that escape our attention: the vibrations that move through us unnoticed and the data that outlasts the moment that generated it. Drawing on embodied cognition and archival theory, the works assembled here propose that presence is never singular. It is accumulated, layered, and already in excess of itself.

Archive Fever exhibition installation view
Exhibition continues through December 3, 2025.

Accent Sisters, 89 5th Ave, Suite 702, New York, NY 10002

Taking its title from Jacques Derrida’s Archive Fever: A Freudian Impression, this group exhibition considers the archive not as a static repository of the past but as an active, unstable site of power, memory, and desire. From traditional archives—bound up with authority and hierarchical structures—to modern counter-archives that reframe narratives and subvert these structures, Archive Fever explores what is remembered, what is effaced, and the tension between preservation and erasure.

Archive Fever brings together works that probe this condition: excavating, reframing, and reactivating archival traces across historical and official registers, as well as private, contemporary, and technological domains. The participating artists engage archives as material and metaphor—deconstructing and reassembling them to produce spectral effects that unsettle dominant narratives and open new pathways into racial, political, cultural, colonial, geographical, and spiritual imaginaries.

Curated by Yanbin Zhao

Featuring artists: Allie Tsubota, Maya Jeffereis, Yuyan Wang, Shanzhai Lyric, Hester Yang, Justin Jinsoo Kim, Emma Kang, Eden Kinkaid & M. Torres, Jiayue Yu, Evian Pan, Lynne Smith, Beatrice Mai, Rica Borich, Elizabeth Chang, and Matilda Yueyang Peng.
