🇬🇧 London Trip — Day 4, our final day! 🥹❤️

We squeezed every last drop out of London before heading home! A few touristy bits, hunting down the theatres of some of our favourite shows 🎭, a trip to the LEGO Store 🧱 and M&M’s World 🍫, followed by a very necessary Wagamama’s! 🥢

Then, in true Hooper fashion, we decided we clearly hadn’t done enough and booked a last-minute trip to The Crystal Maze Experience 😂 And I’m SO glad we did because it was absolutely brilliant! 🙌

💎 6 crystals won
🌀 Crystal Dome conquered
🎟️ 105 tokens caught!

Such a brilliant way to finish an amazing few days. ❤️

One of the loveliest things about this trip has been having some proper time with J & H without little O in tow. We absolutely love our adventures as a five, but having just the big boys meant we could do some more grown-up things, stay out later, cram loads into our days and give them that proper one-to-one time with us that can be harder to find in everyday family life. 🥹

They’re growing up far too quickly, so these few days of making memories with them have been really special. ❤️

London… you’ve been exhausting, expensive and absolutely bloody brilliant. 😂🇬🇧 Until next time!

London Trip ✨ Night 3 🎭🧇

A very long-awaited trip to see Stranger Things: The First Shadow! ❤️🖤

Owen and I saw it last year and absolutely loved it, so we knew we had to bring the boys back with us — especially as they’re HUGE Stranger Things fans!

Safe to say it didn’t disappoint 😍 They absolutely loved every second… jump scares and all 😂😱 The staging, effects and atmosphere are just incredible and it was so lovely getting to experience it again through their eyes.

And obviously no Stranger Things trip would be complete without a visit to Scoops Ahoy in the interval 🍦⚓️

Definitely one of the highlights of our London trip! 🖤

London Trip – Day 3 🇬🇧✨

After splitting up for our different adventures on Day 2, Day 3 had us all back together again! 🥰

First stop was the Twist Museum on Oxford Street 🌀🪞 and it was such a fun way to spend a couple of hours! So many illusions, mind-bending experiences and plenty of moments where none of us could quite work out what on earth was going on 😂🤯

Even better, our lovely friend Cath joined us for the day too! ❤️

Definitely one to add to the list if you’re visiting London with kids (or, to be fair, adults who like behaving like kids 🙋‍♀️😂).

London Day 2 – Part 3 ⚽️ Daddy & J edition! 💙

The twins really are like chalk and cheese 😂 So while Mummy & H were off having a very WW2-themed day, Daddy & J had something completely different planned… FOOTBALL! ⚽️🏟️

J has always wanted to visit a London football stadium and, given the choice, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was top of his list! They did the full stadium tour and he absolutely loved getting behind the scenes and seeing everything up close. Safe to say there was one very happy J! 🤍💙

Of course, when you’re in North London it would be rude not to pop over and see the neighbours… 👀😂 So next stop was Arsenal and the Emirates Stadium.

Was the stadium equally impressive? Absolutely.
Was J prepared to look remotely happy about being there? Absolutely not. 😂😂

Two boys, two completely different London days… and both completely in their element. ❤️

🎭💚 London Night One… BEETLEJUICE! 💚🎭

We kicked off our London trip in the BEST possible way with Beetlejuice at the Prince Edward Theatre… and WOW, what a spectacle! 🤩

The sets, the music, the costumes, the humour, the whole production — absolutely incredible from start to finish. We all completely loved it! 🪲💚

But what made the night even more special for us was seeing an old friend, David Fynn, absolutely smashing it in the title role as Beetlejuice! 🖤 It was so amazing for the boys to watch someone we know commanding a West End stage like that.

David was also kind enough to meet us afterwards and spend some time chatting with the boys, which was such a lovely end to an already brilliant evening. They thought it was very cool knowing Beetlejuice personally! Major mum points earned! 😂💚

Definitely one of those London memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. ❤️

And that was only night one… plenty more London adventures to come! 🇬🇧✨

We took a trip to London last week with the bigs for a very belated birthday trip! 🥳❤️ It was busy, a little chaotic, but so much fun.

Over the next few posts I’ll share everything we got up to, plus a few of our favourite tips. One thing we always do is stay in Ealing Broadway. It’s just off the M4 so it’s really easy to get to, the hotels are much cheaper than staying in central London, and the transport links into the city are brilliant. We’ve found it’s the perfect base for a family London trip! 🚇✨

🥂 15 years of Mr & Mrs Hooper! 💍✨

15 years of love, laughter, chaos, adventures, questionable decisions, unforgettable memories… and somehow still choosing each other every single day! 😂❤️

We’ve travelled, raised our amazing family, danced in fields, survived the hard days and made the very best of the good ones. Life with you is always an adventure—and there’s nobody else I’d rather be doing it with.

Here’s to 15 incredible years of doing life together… and to many more adventures still to come! 🥰🌍🎉

Happy anniversary to us! 🥂💖

✨ Life’s too short to wait for “one day”… buy the festival tickets. ✨

There’s something magical about waking up in a tent, hearing music drifting across the fields, watching your children dance like nobody’s watching, and making memories that you’ll still be laughing about years later. ❤️🎶

Whether you’re chasing nostalgia, discovering your new favourite artist, letting the kids burn off endless energy, or just enjoying great food and good company, festivals really are happiness wrapped up in a weekend.

🌈 In It Together and Together Again both bring something special to the table, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Family-friendly, packed with entertainment, incredible music, and full of the kind of moments you just can’t recreate anywhere else.

If you’re thinking about joining us, we’d love to help! 💛
