Double cleansing is always a good idea, but it’s an even better idea in the summer! Removing SPF, excess sebum and surface oil and dirt is key for clear summer skin! ✨

Idag bär jag @sisleyparisofficial Creme Reparatrice och @officialbyredo Seven Veils och kände att gud, varför tänker jag inte oftare på hur min kroppsvård doftar?

Jag brukar inte vara den som gör layers av hudvård med doft, har ju även nämnt att jag allt oftare vill åt doftfria krämer och ratar mycket som är parfymerat (fr a i antiktet då). Den här body lotionen från Sisley är dock beroendeframkallande pga doften. Och först idag slog det mig att den är lite lik Seven Veils...?! De doftar anis, tobak, träigt och väldigt pudrigt Sisley är mer kardemumma, blommor och pudrigt dock men i övrigt samma game. Det är liksom färsk morotskaksfrosting 🧁

Hur tänker ni kring hudvård? Är det ok med doft? Och tänker ni på att matcha?

HAPPY HUMP DAY.. 🙋🏽‍♀️ it’s time for a skincare update.

If you’ve been following my stories, you’ll know for the past couple of months since first trialling @skintologystockholm, I’ve been using my Fresh Start Sheet Masks religiously! 🙌🏻 At least once to twice a week, I’ve transitioned into full ghost-mode and my skin feels SO much better for it.

Here’s 3 reasons why I rate face masks as part of my weekly routine!

1️⃣ They provide lasting hydration and overnight repair. 🙏🏻 Each time I’m certain I’m going to break out — whenever I’ve eaten badly or forgotten to drink enough water — I’ve popped on a #skintologystockholm mask for 15-20 minutes at night and woken up the next morning with faaar less inflamed skin. Potential disaster = avoided.

2️⃣ They make me PAUSE! 🙌🏻 As soon as I apply #myskintogy face mask, it’s an indicator to myself and to the rest of the world that I am U N A V A I L A B L E. 😅 They force me to delve into full-fledged self care mode and I love it. They also provide a marker for the end of the day, which for me, is quite necessary!

3️⃣ The serum is nice and dewy, which means even after 15-20 minutes, my skin already feels wildly nourished. 👌🏼 In general, my skin has been so much more stable and consistent lately. Of course, it has its ups and downs depending on the time of the month, but ever since I’ve dedicated time to going that bit farther with my routine [and regularly], it’s SO much more controllable.
