So proud of the effort of everyone yesterday. Been a lot going on for months getting everything organised and was blown away by the over 30 UBC members there at 5am setting up our turn hosting the @kotc_surfing comp. Here’s just a snippet of the fun part of the event, the surfing, but the real mvp’s were the awesome crew in the bbq and the Liveheats girls, and the judges. The day ran smoothly because of all your efforts and a lot of the other teams congratulated us on such a well run event! Congratulations to all the winners and contestants on the good vibes and great sportsmanship. Surf culture on the coast is second to none.
Special thanks to Micro and Drew for throwing the rashy on for us. Inspiring and sharing some of your wisdom to the groms and older blokes alike. Made the day even more special.
And @oi_bill from @trublusolarco for driving down from Queensland to MC the day. Amazing effort mate
Thankfully we only host every 8 years! 😂

Grateful to have the opportunity to get up everyday and work hard! There are no shortcuts. Use the adversity to become a better operator, a better version of yourself, a better company. And remember, just keep swinging 💪
