So this is it. It’s been a bit more than a year since I came to Paris. And it’s been a bit less than a year since the start of a one year course at GFCA Paris. Yeah, guess what - I’ve spent a year studying acting in Paris, in English. This year was tough and interesting, boring and challenging, exiting and painful all at the same time. However, I’m still grateful and happy I’ve made up my mind to come here, alone. On my own. Not without help though, that’s why I’d like to thank my teacher Theo for believing in me, the support and help provided, and Alex who I’ve lived with for being the strongest toughest person who you don’t want to mess with I know (at least in Paris). I want to thank my groupmates who are all so different but also very similar - without you this wouldn’t be the experience I’ve got. It’s interesting how similar people find each other. And though some people might think we caused many problems or we were rude or too demanding- I would disagree. We know what we want and we’re doing everything to get there. As you can see, I don’t have many photos or videos from the course- it’s because it is very intimate work and we didn’t want to mess with the true selves. Anyway😅 I do remember the circumstances in which this photo was taken. And here you can see a true power of acting, of being in the scene, in the moment. I will not tell you more. And I truly want to thank Giles Foreman for establishing this school in Paris (I hope one day to get to London to dive into the work even deeper) and for inspiring to keep working and answering some questions even without answering them directly. These few years have been a real rollercoaster for me, and I needed a drop of motivation and inspiration. There is so much more I’d like to say but not today. See you all on the big screens❤️
