What a day. I thought this was going to be about how far I could go. But the truth is, I got there because of everyone that sacrificed their weekend to drive 10 hours and run around Wilmington looking to see me for 2 seconds but provide encouragement that lasted the entire race. I mean it that this couldn’t have been done without my family.

This was just to help Pablo get ready for IR Cas and into a pool that wasn’t in a prison yard but watching how hard you worked motivated more than you can imagine. Shoutout to the training group @brianazevedo5 & @kvndsantos , without yall I don’t think I would have known anything about nutrition to actually pushing on a bike. Ps Still not going to pull

My brothers @aaronnweyy , @hugoluzbet , and @ojouvin you guys have no idea what it meant to have you there supporting me and giving me literally your all just to make sure I was okay and needed anything. I don’t know how I was so blessed to have you in my life but I’m beyond grateful for it.

My Mom, Dad and Gail. Idk how you did it to even be at every turn but those screams lasted the entire 5 hours and 32 mins.
