“If we’re not supposed to dance, why all this music?”

As fast as life is moving these days, I slow down and enjoy every millisecond of it. I’m waking up earlier to live it to the fullest. Thankful. Good Vibes Only. 🧿

Tonight @clubparadiseworldwide radio returns to @dublab airwaves for another 2 hour club music sweat session. Joining me this month with a guest mix in the 2nd hour is a woman that honestly needs no introduction, @clubcielo_ & @patchw0rk___’s own, @dinabn!!!

Super excited to turn the burn the airwaves up with her. You know my sound, you know her sound, if not, get familiar. Club music, breaks, baile, bolha, Latin club, juke, hardgroove, bubblin, Bouyon, jungle, perreo, dancehall, Dembow and more…

Your waistline will never be the same again💃🪩🕺🏿

Tune in tonight (and every 2nd Friday) from 10pm-midnight PT on dublab.com, dublab for iOS, or dublab radio on any smart speaker for the best party on the radio.

Big up to @formashoots for the candid shots
Big up @angelo.tasca for the show flyers
+ big up to YOU for your support.

These days it feels like everything is coming for our unity, love….very obviously coming for our minds and nervous systems (I recently browsed a few TV streaming apps and WOW everything is some sort of psychological violence!). However there is even more conspiring in favor of our joy, prosperity and abundance - don’t lose sight of the light! Remain focused on the most high.

Praying for peace in our hearts, minds and in the world.
In times of darkness and war we must keep our hearts open, and our hands busy. May all of what we do positively enhance this existence for ourselves and others. May our hearts remain open even in the face of hate, betrayal and obstacles. May our perseverance never cease to push us through to the light.

Every day I just give thanks for life.
