We aim to inspire action through storytelling in the Oklahoma City metro.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

An amazing day with Mark from OKC GOOD, who spent time talking with Rikki, one of HALO’s amazing clinicians! 🧡

For over a year, Rikki and Charles, another HALO clinician, have been visiting the Oklahoma City Juvenile Detention Center each week. Through their passion for serving teenagers, they saw an opportunity to bring HALO’s teen version of Making Sense of Your Worth to incarcerated youth - a program designed to help teens understand their worth, process their stories and begin healing.

We know the impact of the work they are doing and the growth they are witnessing, but we also know how important it is to share these stories.

We are so grateful to Mark for helping us capture the heart behind this work and share what Rikki and Charles experience each week.

We can’t wait to share more with you soon! #haloprojectokc #makingsenseofyourworth #healingkids

This young woman and mother is NOT LOST any longer. She’s been FOUND through and through. Crystal clear on WHO and WHOSE she is.

At our most recent Breaking Bread luncheon, we brought together Latino and Asian business owners and community representatives from the Capitol Hill and Asian Districts, along with public safety representatives, to listen and learn about the challenges they face, the importance of trust, and what it takes to build stronger partnerships for a safer, thriving Oklahoma City.

Thank you to everyone who accepted our invitation and came ready to share, listen, and connect. We had a great turnout and are grateful for the meaningful dialogue, new connections, and friendships that came from bringing everyone to the table.

We look forward to continuing the conversation.

Through @hopeworksokc, we’ve created a work environment that’s conducive to deep & unhurried healing rather than productivity.

The not-so-surprising paradox is that we get more of both as a result.

People over profit. Slow is fast. Work from rest.

Taking a moment this morning to celebrate the beautiful becoming that’s taken place in Brooklyn’s heart and life.

She’s paired intention with action in the most remarkable ways. Choice by choice. Grace upon grace.

We see you, sister. Insert “slow clap.” Keep going. You’ve got this. And God’s got you.

To know Tati is to LOVE her!!

Did you know we have three “Missional Families” who live here on campus to provide ongoing relational care and support to families on nights and weekends in a thousand and one ways?

Tati, her husband Regis, and young daughter are one of those families who have said “Yes” to life here with us.

They aren’t compensated to do so; it’s a choice, a calling, a lifestyle of service…

And oh how much sweeter our community is as a result!!

Remember, Celebrate, and Proclaim:

“I look back at my life and see God’s hand in every chapter…”

“This is proof that it’s never too late…”

“Changing your life is tough work…”

“I’m the most proud of getting my kids back…”

Thank you @okcgood, @tarynleighcreative, and @inasmuchfdn for generously donating this video to our community.

RECAP 2026.
