“Head high cause I’m holding up my crown, never told we been through the ups and downs” in our @meekmill voice Y’all ready for our long post? That lyric fits this season best... this season had one crazy wave. The devil was on us and tried to stop it. This season our sisterhood was tested, our Springer family almost got pulled apart, we got placed into situations we never wanted to be in, and the pressure felt heavier than ever. The devil tried to attack us from the inside and out. BUT a family that prays together stays together 💕 we never folded. Always stayed true to each other and never responded to any hate. We grew closer as a family & gained our sisterhood back. From our first sns style competition this season in January, people felt like we didn’t deserve to place where we did. We saw the hate comments, bad posts about us and more. We NEVER respond. We always lay low and remain true to our program and values. Which is to love and support everyone. This summer we learned the difference between an athlete who wins second & an athlete who wins first. From there the coaching staff asked the team “do y’all want to be good or do y’all want to be great?” ...we knew this season had a lot riding on it. We gained outside attention from a local media source who followed us all season & created an amazing documentary (more deets coming soon 👀). This post isn’t about pulling anyone else down, being mean, being rude & most importantly being cocky. The coaching staff makes it a PRIORITY to keep our team level headed & humble. To keep their eyes open to see that EVERYONE works hard. This post is to let everyone know that even though from the outside looking in it may have seemed as we had everything together... we didn’t. This post is to let everyone know that the devil tried to attack our family & sisterhood, our love and confidence, our champion mindset. PRAY. Cheer. Grind. This ends the year of versatility. We stepped into the traditional style of cheer, & pushed our team by creating three different comp routines all within a 3 month time period. We pushed academically, we pushed them mentally, we pushed them physically. *caption cont. in comments below*

This week was a crazy week for our team. We had our first competition for the season, homecoming pep rally, parade, game, and a community service event. However, the team still made time to pull their lives together for the homecoming dance 😍 #YourFavoriteCheerleaders
