October 14th is a very important day within our community.

Here’s why:
It is the day that William Banks impregnated Quuarux with The First Mechanic, mere hours after he was locked inside a walk-in freezer for 45 minutes at People’s Pops earlier that day. It is the day that William Banks was brought to Earth World in Arm Universe, which he came to know as Car World because there he saw many Worms phased inside of Cars, and it terrified him. It is also the day that William Banks sailed out to sea with Council Assemble, those who stood by him in the aftermath of Council Collapse, and got lost on an island off the coast of Argentina. It will be the day that William Banks finally returns to Car World.

And so it was so.

In all seriousness I’m incredibly proud to be a smallll part in what would be defined as nano budget indie filmmaking. Give @muttbubutts all his flowers for this movie Anchors Aweigh. It’s truly hilarious and I can’t wait for people to be able to see it and basque in his absurdly comedic brainchild.

Also small thanks to bestie producer extraordinaire @oksaywhen who’s on what can only be described as a generational run in filmmaking and producing.

The History of Concrete, a Film by John Wilson, is out today in theaters!

I’m beyond grateful to have been able to work on this film with such a hilarious and brilliant group of people. John, Shirel, Clark, Francis, Austin, Alli, Chris, Cori, Jake, and everyone who made this film what it is - you all are a dream to work with! Thanks for having me!

We went to some wild places and met some awesome people, and had some shoots and hangs that I’ll never forget.

Thank you to @austinplocher for warmly sharing the sound recording duties with me, and thank you to @applechristopher for making it all sound great!

Some eagle-eyed buds may even notice a cameo from Spaceman Sound!

Hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it!
