Kos, chapter two: Party with the Chefs.

OKU Kos closed its season by bringing chefs from Greece, London and beyond to cook side by side. Oysters, sea bass crudo in a yellow aguachile, short rib under shaved truffle, and a daisy for dessert.

Then fire dancers, acrobats and a saxophone, and a caricature of us both to take home.

Kos, chapter one: OKU.

Whitewashed blocks, reed pergolas and woven lamps. Everything pared back so the light can do the work.

Slow breakfasts, long walks on the sand, and the sea turning silver at the end of the day.

back home from another delicious retreat with @theyogaclass.co feeling very lucky to call this work for a few weeks a year, surrounded by incredible women full of stories and laughter and joy 🫀

3 gorgeous days on the beautiful island of Kos!
@oku.kos invited me to stay for their last Party with Chefs of the season and it was an incredible experience. Stations and stations of some of the most talented chefs, brought in for the occasion, cooking up Michelin worthy dishes. It was really so special.

Two of my favourite things in the world are the beach and food, so I was in absolute heaven!
Swipe to the end to see my Greek dance that no one was very impressed with.
